Chapter 1 : Tragedy

Jungkook and I are dating for about 6 months. We both live in the same apartment because we have our own jobs so we live in the house which is near to our workplaces. We shifted here few months ago and the house is quite big. Jungkook is rich so he bought the house without any financial issues.

Y/N P.O.V

I was in the kitchen cooking food for Jungkook. I was preparing ramyeon for him since it's his favorite. He always eats it before going to his office. When I was done preparing, I went to the dining table and served plates and glasses on it. It's 7 in the morning and he is still not awake. He is sleeping peacefully upstairs so I decided to wake him up. I dragged my feet upstairs and knocked our shared bedroom door.

"Yeobo?" I shouted, expecting an answer in return. But he did not respond so I opened the door and saw a beautiful person sleeping on the bed like a baby. I stared at his beauty for a while and chuckled softly. I walked towards him and sat beside him.

How can someone be so beautiful?

"Baby, it's already 7 o'clock. Don't you wanna go to your office?" I whispered in his ear and caressed his hair as he suddenly grabbed my hand and pecked on it. I was caught off guard because that was totally unexpected. He looked into my eyes and leaned against the headboard.

"Goodmorning, Y/N~", Jungkook said as he showed his bunny smile.

"Very Goodmorning, Kookie" I said while blushing as he was caressing my hands and looking into my eyes. I let go of him and pouted.

"Now get up and be ready. You don't want me to get mad at you, right?" I said before walking out of the room. I went downstairs and poured some banana milk in the glass on the table. I was waiting for him to be ready as I noticed my phone was ringing. It was Eunjoo who was calling me so I picked it up.

"Hello?" I said after picking up the phone right away.

"Hey, Y/N. Are you coming to the cafeteria today? We have a lot of work so don't forget to come early okay?" Eunjoo replied.

"Okay. When should I come though?"

"8:00 am sharp"

"What?! Wasn't it supposed to be 9 o'clock?"

"Yeah, but we have to decorate the cafeteria more to attract more customers. We are lacking them you know. As you know, it is wise to make the customer happy rather then just satisfying them."

"Alright. I'll be there soon, Eunjoo"

I hung up and sighed.

I looked at the clock and it is 7:15 am. Forty-five minutes are left and it is a relief that the cafe is not far away. I can manage to reach there before time. Now I wonder when will Jungkook come. I got up but I heard footsteps coming and Jungkook appeared in front of me looking like a whole meal. He is wearing black shirt and black pants. He is looking no less than a gentleman.

"Uhm.. finally you are here!" I said as I rolled my eyes.

"Sorry, baby. I took time to take shower. But I still managed to get ready in time right?

"Yeah. I'll get you ramyeon okay? And here's your banana milk" I gave him the glass of banana milk and he chugged it in on go. He smiled cheekily and sat on the chair, waiting for me to get him food. I quickly went inside the kitchen and brought a bowl filled with hot ramyeon. I put it in front of Jungkook on the table.
