"Alex please! Just stay you don't have to go, you know this." Kat said, pleading for her great love to stay. She knew something bad would happen if he were to leave the safety of their town. The outside world was bad enough as it is, but with the newly declared wat from the South of Apex it was all the more hectic and dangerous. paths were being patrolled and everyone who wasn't on apex's side was getting murdered on sight. But Alex wanted to leave, he didn't want to live in the fear of it all. He had enough of the hiding and trying to protect their small town as best as they could. He wanted to flee, as much as he loved Kat he knew he had too. Alex slammed his fist on the table and yelled: "Don't you understand!? Kat i love you but i can't keep living like this. Hiding like a dog afraid of the fireworks, i DO have to leave.". Kat knew it was over, he finally said it. the thing she was so afraid of. He was really leaving her...
