A year later

I sit on the swing looking down at my knees

My mother had punched me in the eye leaving a black eye

I didn't do well on my English test and she was furious that she took her anger out on me

It was also because her boyfriend had broken up with her simply cause he didn't want to date someone who had a child

I sigh as I feel someone sitting on the swing next to me

I look up and to my surprised it was hyuk

He looks at me surprised

"Oh hello yeri-" he look at my eye shocked

"What happened" he looks at me concerned then I break down

He hug me as I cry telling him everything that happened as he pats my back softly holding me close

I blink away the tears as I look down smiling

"Why are you crying" he says I look up at him realizing he's also crying

"Yah why are you crying" I say hitting him as I break down crying

I knee down on the ground covering my face

He knees down hugging me as we cry in the middle of the crowd

Suddenly I feel someone pull me up

I look up realizing it's my mother as she slaps me

"You embarrassment I told you not to embarrass me" she says

Her eyes widen as she realized everyone looking at her in shocked and disgust

"Me an embarrassment you psycho you've been abusing me ever since father left you for another women I can see why you two face witch she's a better mother then you" I say letting it out

She raises her hand ready to slap me again till someone stops her

"I won't allow you to hit her again" he says pushing her to the ground as he grabs my hand pulling me as we run out the house

Sejeong and Mina look at us saying to go and they will take care of it

I nod at them as I stop hyuk taking off my shoes as I grab my other pair as we continue to run to who knows where
