Chapter 4

Y/N P.O.V

After awhile of pushing each other around, I push Beth really hard to the ground, I hear a few people cheering but my eyes are fixed on Beth to make sure she doesn't came at me, then all of a sudden she kicks my feet out from underneath me, I fell to the ground and hit my head pretty hard, everything was a blur, I heard some muffled talking and then something just clicked inside my head,
"Y/N" I said
"what?" one of the girls asked me
I stood up
"I REMEMBER MY NAME, IT'S Y/N!" I said
Everyone cheered and started chanting my name, I turned around and gave Beth one big push and pushed her out of the circle, everyone clapped, Beth got up and walked over to me, she stook her hand out and said "well done, Y/N, you beat me"
I took her hand and shook it before pulling her into a hug, what can I say I'm in a good mood, I pulled away and smiled at her, and from that day to today I've been good friends with Sonya, Rachel, Lizzie, Allie, Beth, Harriet and one other girl I met at the bonfire, she's a runner, her name is Lily.
Honestly I kind of like it here in the den, I've been here about three days now and I've tried nearly every job that is required, well except for one, and that's being a runner.
The girls don't think it's a good idea for me to be a runner, like at all, but I really want to be one for some reason, I guess I'll just have to wait and find out since it's not my decision, it's the keepers decision, they base it off of my skills and how good I am at certain things, well I personally don't think there sany hope for me being a runner because most of my friends are keepers, hell all of my friends bar one, it kinda makes me angry to be honest
