Mycroft had a wife and daughter but when his daughter turned 7 his wife was murdered. Not being able to look at his daughter's face he sends her to a boarding school for the smartest people, she lives away until she graduates, but now she is back. Will she be able to get back the love of the father she longes for? Will she have what it takes to melt Mycroft's rocky heart into lava? What will become of her life now?

Hi, my name is Isadora Holmes, I'm 15 at this point in my life.
My first few years of life were full of strict rules but also of love.
I loved sitting in the dining table for breakfast and talking to my mother and father. I loved when my mother put me to bed with a kiss on the cheek. I loved to play with the chef's daughter when my father wasn't around. And I loved to sit in front of the fire place, just me and my father, talking about books and politics.
But that doesn't happen any more.
When I was 7 my mother was killed and my father never got over it, people that knew him well enough could see that my mother had melted his frozen heart, had made him learn to love, and that now that she died he had put his walls up again, that he had hid inside himself, hid from sentiment, hid from me.
A week after my mother's funeral I was sent away to a boarding school for the rich, powerful, and smart, I was way up in all of does and did most of the advanced classes, I got all A+'s for things like Calculus, Geography, Psychology, Geometry, Politics, Astronomy and everything else that involves the head, I also got straight A's in active activities (that I got form my mother's side) like Strength, Flexibility, Dances, Martial arts, etc. I got a few A- in classes like Manners, Discipline, Fashion, etc. All in all I got pretty good grades.
When I was 13 I finished with 12th grade and the boarding school, sadly my father decided to put me in a hotel for 2 weeks and then send me to a prestigious university.
I'm now 15, just out of university, and I am to spend at least 6 months with my father, hoping to get his love back, hoping to sit in front of the fireplace and talk about books, hoping to sit for breakfast and talk politics, hoping for a hug after he gets home from work, hoping to be excepted, hoping for the impossible.
