"Xuan are we really just going to protect him in the shadows?"

"We can't really do anything now Yang. He can't remember us so the only thing we can do is protect him and besides it's the big boss' orders."

"Yeah, I know that but still... This is the first time I've seen Yibo being so touchy but with only one person. Back then he would immediately stay 5 feet away from you since he hates being touched but now look at him. Acting like a koala with this Xiao Zhan guy."

Wang HaoXuan sighed. They knew about the accident especially Yibo's father. Yibo became the bait to eliminate the threat but in turn it nearly cost him his life.

The old man never missed any news about his son, so he knew that Yibo is now in the care of a man who's missing a leg. The old man didn't make a move as they watched everyday, how Yibo turned from cold and scared of being touched too a cuddly person.

Even with amnesia it was a mind blowing sight for them.

"What is that old man really planning to do?"

"Yang. I'll only spill a bit but it seems like the old man took interest in this Xiao Zhan. Especially since out of all the girls he sent to changed his son, this man had done it within only a few days. He had done what those girls couldn't do even for months."

"I can see that. And besides we know Yibo well. If he regains his memory and remembers Xiao Zhan he won't let go of him. He'll practically glue him to his side if he can."

The two sighed together before silently watching the scene inside the cafe.

It's been 2 months now. Wang has fully recovered yet he still has amnesia. Zoey was fired due to making so much fit about Wang and Xiao Zhan. Her argument with Zhao Lei finally broke her.

She told him how she hated Xiao Zhan so much, how her boyfriend broke up with her because of Xiao Zhan. When in truth it was all because of her attitude that made him broke up with her. This disgusted Zhao Lei a lot. He had treated Zoey as a good friend but she returned it by doing all this.

This hurt him, especially Xiao Zhan who treated her like a sister. Now the new employee was none other than Wang himself.

His looks alone had made them many customers. The cafe was always full of people especially girls admiring Wang's handsome face. This kind of attention made Xiao Zhan feel weird. He would always feel sour whenever girls flock all over Wang. 

He unconsciously would show his dislikes to Maria by sometimes accidentally ruining a design in the desserts or adding too much to drinks. It became overly obvious not only to Maria but also to Chen and Zhao Lei.

Zhao Lei being a good friend decided to make a rule for the customers especially for the girls. It was beneficial since girls only went to the cafe to gawk at Wang but with the new rule they will not be able to see the handsome cashier if they don't order anything.

Along with that was the no flirting with the cashier boy, which was effective for those who's sane enough to just look at Wang from a far. Some boldly flirted with Wang sometimes trying to asked him out.

But Wang turned everyone down. He wasn't much of a talker and only a few words ever came out of his mouth so he only says no with a cold emotionless face. The way he looks at them as he turned them down made them intimidated which was enough to make them stop bothering him.

"If I wasn't in need of people, I wouldn't have let Wang be the one to handle the cashier."

Zhao Lei joked as he stood beside Xiao Zhan who's busy making some desserts. The desserts got Xiao Zhan distracted from watching girls flirt with Wang.

"If I wasn't a great cook, I would've volunteered to be in the cashier." Xiao Xhan huffed as he poked Zhao Lei's side making him move a bit away from him.

"Is someone jealous?"

"Who's jealous?"

"You."

"And why would I be?"

"Come one Zhan. 2 months. I saw your whole world changed in 2 months. Back then you always go to work either looking down or trying to force yourself to look happy. But now look at you, always blooming, with that big bunny smile of yours. You're more happier now than you have been 2 months ago. And it's all because of Wang."

Zhao Lei pointed out the obvious thing. He watched how Xiao Zhan's face turned red.

"A....am I really that obvious?"

"What do you think?"

"Fine. I.... I just feel weird whenever he's close to me. Like my stomach feels all weird.... You do know I've never been in a relationship. I'm still a virgin so I don't know anything about what this is that I'm feeling." Xiao Zhan rambled.

"Woah. Stop the rambling Zhan."

Zhao Lei nearly laughed at Xiao Zhan's flustered face. He knew how innocent his friend is especially with this kind of things.

"Okay, Zhan I'll just asked you questions okay. You can just nod your head."

"O....kay."

"Do you feel weird whenever Wang is close to you?"

Nod.

"Does your heart rate beats fast when he's with you?"

Nod.

"Do you feel jealous when girls gawk over him?"

Nod.

"Do you feel angry when one tries to touch him?"

"Then it's easy. You're inlove with him Zhan." Zhao Lei concluded with a smirk on his face.

"What?!! You're kidding me? I've barely known anything about him yet I'm inlove with him already?"

"Zhan. When it comes to love no matter who it is, your heart will still beat for that person. Even if that person, you barely knew. The heart has a mind of its own you know, no matter how much you try to not fall for that person your heart will."

Zhao Lei's words made Xiao Zhan think hard. He had been feeling weird around Wang but still this is too early to say that he's really inlove with him.

"Here's my advice. Don't go against what you feel. Let it go and guide you. Maybe Wang feels the same too since he's so attached to you."
