Time skip to when Naruto is in the academy
Naruto was setting at his desk like usual. It's been a couple years since he discovered he's gonna be Mizukage. He had trained in Ice Style, and controlling Isobus power.
It was the day of the Genin Exams. He has been training to become a prodigy among Mist Shinobi. He was planning to go into ANBU if he became Jonin early enough. He was taking his 7 Ninja Swordsmen training now that he's got Kubikiribocho.
Once he passes the Genin Exam they'll promote him to Chunin and put him in the 7 Ninja Swordsmen forces. He was also chosen to be the personal guard for the 5th Mizukage.
His name was called. "Alright Naruto. Create 3 clones, use the replacement jutsu, transform into whoever, and use a jutsu of your choice thats C-Rank and higher." Naruto created 3 clones, he replaced with a tank of water in the room, and he transformed into Haku. Now it was for the jutsu. "Water Style: Water Dragon Jutsu!" He created a water shaped as a dragon and made it fly into the wall shattering it.
"Good job, now take a headband." Naruto took a purple headband with the Mist symbol on it. He walked out.
"Alright, Team 7! Naruto Momochi, Suigetsu Hozuki, and Chojuro!" Naruto was surprised. 'Those 2 are fellow 7 Ninja Swordsmen candidates. Chojuro is in line for Hiramekarei and Suigetsu for Samehada.' Naruto nodded slightly listening to Isobu. "You meet your Senseis after class."
Class was over and Naruto, Suigetsu, and Chojuro were left. A dark red haired woman walked in. "Meet me by the Yuki Lake in 10 minutes." Naruto disappeared in ice while Suigetsu and Chojuro disappeared in water.
"Alright now that you 3 are here we're going to get you 2," she pointed at Suigetsu and Chojuro, "your swords." She took them to the Sword Peak where they held the 7 Swords of the Mist when they didn't have a wielder. Mangetsu Hozuki was standing there with Hiramekarei and Kisame Hoshigaki was there with Samehada.
"Alright, Suigetsu go with Kisame. Chojuro, go with Mangetsu." They went with the people they were assigned. "Naruto Momochi, trained to be The wielder of Kubikiribocho! Do you know her special ability?" Naruto shook his head. "Well, all 7 Swords have a special ability! My swords for example, are the Kiba, they have control over Lightning Style chakra. The ability of Kubikiribocho is that when it touches the blood of an enemy, the sword regenerates. It's basically the most normal sword of the 7."
Naruto was amazed. He never knew the sword had a great ability. "It's also said it has a secret ability once cut in half and touches blood. I've never seen that ability though." Naruto was even more amazed now. "I'm guessing you heard that the Mizukage wanted to promote you once you became a Genin? And make you personal guard? Your first mission with the Mizukage is to protect her at the Chunin Exams in Konoha in 5 months from now." Naruto nodded that he knew.
"You're also required to play a Genin even after you're promoted to Chunin so that Mist can have a team to send." Naruto complained in his head. "But you don't have to hide your power while there."
5 months later
Naruto and his "Genin team" was standing in the Mizukages office. "I'm sending you to participate in the Chunin Exams in Konoha. Yes Naruto, you're to be a Genin. Now, you're allowed to use your swords just keep them in the seals on your hands until you need them."
With that they walked out with Ameyuri (don't judge me I forgot that she was his mom but let me come up with a backstory first.)
The Hidden Leaf Village was massive. It was way bigger than the Hidden Mist. Naruto and his team walked through the gates and signed in for the Chunin Exams with the guards.
They walked through the streets looking for their hotel. Ameyuri already left to talk to the Hokage with the other Jonin sensei from other villages. Their they would discuss their students abilities except for their secrets so those will be revealed in the exams.
Chojuro had left to find food and Suigetsu went to the hot springs. Naruto was walking down the streets. He heard yelling and came across a 2 Sand shinobi with 3 Leaf shinobi yelling at a Stone shinobi who was holding a little kid. He could sense the other Sand boy in the tree. There was something familiar about him.
Then he realized it and walked to over to them. He felt something familiar about a red haired teen around his age also. He recognized it was the same as the other boy. Naruto walked up behind them silently. "What's the problem?" No one had heard or seen him walk up and they all jumped. Even the boy in the tree seemed surprised. The Stone shinobi recognized the 'Animalistic Demon' and ran. Oh yeah forgot, Naruto was now in the Bingo Books as the Animalistic Demon, a C-Rank Ninja who wielded a sword that no one ever saw before everyone died.
Back to the present. Everyone was surprised the boy had ran when the Naruto walked up. They all stared at him. "What?" They just sighed and started talking to themselves. The boy in the tree jumped down. "Who are you?" He pointed at Naruto. "Mr. 1 I am Naruto Momochi, Mr. 3." The boy was surprised. He told the boy to introduce himself. "I am Gaara of The Sand." His fellow red head thought he should introduce himself. "I am Kagura Namikaze-Uzumaki!" Naruto nodded. "No one asked Mr. 9." Kagura was shocked he knew of his tailed beast. "Gaara of The Sand. I will see you in the Exams, Demononic Sand Wielder." Gaara nodded not surprised. With that Naruto walked away.
