my motivation for this book just suddenly said 'hey'

Bakugou walked down the street, hood over his face. Every movement hurt. He ignored it, it was normal. Bakugou examined a building in front of him. He had the terrible urge to use his quirk. On some thing.... He couldn't bring the building down with just he quirk normally.

Bakugou reached into his pocket. Be there, be there, be there...he smile as he rolled the grenade in his hands. Home made explosives. For once it came in handy.

Deku was puking into a bucket. Shinsou patted his back "there, there my friend" Deku look at him "why did I even trust you" he muttered. Shinsou smiled "bad choice you should never trust me" he said. "yeah I don-" he turned retching in the bucket "I don't, not any more" he responded.

"good good, have some water" Shinsou said handing Deku a bottle of water and he downed it in 30 seconds "uhg, I feel like shit" he muttered. Shinsou sat down on the floor "I always feel like shit" he muttered. They both jumped when a ringtone went off.

"is that yours" Shinsou asked. Deku shrugged "I think so" He stumbled to his feet with his vision blurring and tripped to the other side of the room where he threw his phone. He picked up slightly confused "Iida????" he said. "yes hi Midoriya, we, in a way, need your help" Deku was quiet for a few moments "with what" he said. "uh...you see that cloud of smoke rising into the sky"

Deku looked out the window and saw it "oh...yeah how did I miss that" he muttered. "no Idea but hurry up Creati and Uravity are cleaning the rubble as well as most of the heroes but about three have managed to go in to rescue people" Deku groaned "who went in, I already know Lemillion would go in no matter what..." silence for a few moments "iida?" Deku said

"sorry, Suneater came in and ran into the building despite me saying not too...so four, four hero's got in" he said. Deku nodded "uh, yeah be there in a sec" he said not bother to see if his friend had anything else to say, he hang up. Deku looked at Shinsou "think you can walk into a collapsing building with out passing out drunk" he asked.

"haha, no" Shinsou replied. Deku sighed "to bad lets go"

Deku raced onto the scene seeing Iida-Ingenium waving it hands pointing at sections of the building. "Ingenium!" he called. His friend turned and lifted his mask "Deku, we need you to lift a bit of rubble, over there and prop it up against there so the building doesn't collapse before we can rescue more people"

Deku blinked "Lemillion hasn't get everyone out yet?" 

Iida shook his head "he came out and said everyone was getting in his way but he still went back in" Deku sighed "that sounds like him" He shook his head trying to get his vision not to blur, then headed over to where his friend had pointed. He activated his quirk and felt if seep through his body, it didn't help with his vision though.

Lifting the slab he waled to the place the was shaking dangerously. He wedged it there and pushed it harder to get it to stay for the moment.

Deku glanced over his shoulder and saw Shinsou helping some people get to their family. Deku sighed and stepped back a moment to examine the building, it looked like it was on the brink of collapsing. Deku noticed a large crack in the wall and ran towards in and squeezed through. 

He took a a breath as he got stuck and forced himself through the crack. Deku stumbled to a stop seeing a flash of green. What was that? He narrowed his eyes not wanting to get closer, he still had his quirk active so the damage would be nullified.
