Shoot Me Down

Chapter 1

                                                     RAFFAELLA'S POV

"Raf, wake the fuck up!" I am awoken by Gianetta screaming in my ear, effectively making me jump in my bed. I groan, rubbing my temples to get rid of my headache. "I hate you so much Gia you know that right," I spoke, my voice laced with annoyance. "Yeah, yeah, I know Raf, but we gotta get up, we're leaving for the US in a couple of hours." She kissed my cheek and left my room. I got up sleepily and headed over to my already packed suitcase and pulled an outfit out. Choosing comfort, I grabbed a sweater and jeans. 

I headed down to the kitchen where the girls were already eating, Aurelia handed me a plate of eggs and bacon (it was her turn to cook breakfast today.) Now I know your wondering "where are your parents?" Etc etc, well we don't have any. We're all orphans, we adopted each other as sisters and we are all emancipated minors. Meaning we're only taken care of by each other and we are like each other's parents. "Alright guys we're gonna be on the plane for a while and I want you all well-rested," I commanded them all. "Ok Raf, but you need it too." Replied Aurelia, she somewhat likes the mom of our group. "Yeah, yeah but I've got work to take care of. You know being a mafia capo takes a lot of work." And with that, I leave the kitchen and head to my office to finish going over my plans, and the paperwork to hand over the Italian part of the Grimm Reapers to my strongest member other than my girls, Joe Mancini.

J- I told you to stop calling me Jojo

I gathered the girls and had Maria place our luggage in our cars. "Grazie Maria" {thank you Maria} I kissed her forehead and ushered her into my car. Maria is like our mother figure, she is our cook, and we have known her since we were about 13. We all headed to the airport and then to my personal jet. "Alright girls we have a meeting tomorrow morning and Gia and I are gonna take some jobs afterward so let's get some rest and take a break." We headed to our seats and strapped in so the plane could take off. "Aye Jerr we're all set to take off!" Gaetana yelled out so Jerry our pilot could hear her. After a couple of minutes, Jerry started to take off. The girls and Maria fell asleep right after we took off, I on the other hand had more work to do. I sent about a hundred emails and spoke with Carter, the retired capo of the Black Skulls, a good friend of Gianetta and me. We met him during a mission in Paris, he was kidnapped by the gang we were hired to take out. We found him and had Maria take care of him before he left to go back home to his family. After about 3 hours of work, I finally took a nap. It was an 11-hour long plane ride so I just slept the rest of the time.

I was shaken awake by Jerry letting me know we have arrived. I woke up everyone else and we all headed to our new house. It was about 8 at night when we got to the house. I showed everyone around and when I was done with the tour we all headed to our separate rooms. It took me about 3 hours to unpack all of my things and set up my room the way I like it. We all had medium-sized rooms along with a walk-in closet and adjoining bathroom. I headed to my bathroom and started the shower.

I waited until the shower was steaming hot (gotta practice burning in hell am I right?) and then entered the shower. I started lathering my grapefruit body wash, after I was done I rinsed my body off. After I was rinsed off I started to wash my hair with grapefruit shampoo and conditioner (I really like the smell of grapefruit) I rinsed my hair and turned off the shower. I wrapped my hair and body in towels and headed to my closet. I grabbed a matching gray set of pajamas I also grabbed an oversized sweater.

I headed to my bed and covered myself with a blanket, I plugged in my phone and set an alarm for 8 am. I closed my eyes and let sleep consume me.
