Lodi:
I groaned as I sat up on my huge comfortable bed. I was so hungover but all I could think about was the strawberry haired, violet eyed Sky. Why could I not get her out of my head? It's not like she was the most beautiful girl on earth or that she was a queen or something. She was just a random nobody I seen at the bar and in the smoke room and helped twice from falling on the stairs and giving her, her phone. Yet she was haunting my mind. When she swayed to the music unconsciously it was utterly adorable. When she didn't recognize who I was it made me think she was was sincerely talking to me for me. She was more drunk then I was and I'm hungover, I thought, she had to be so hungover right now. Sky.... I'd never been interested in a girl before. Was this what it was like to have a crush on someone? But she was ordinary except... that she wasn't either. She was unique and ordinary. It was refreshing. She didn't throw herself on me either like a lot of other girls had tried to do. Drinking whiskey alone at the bar, she'd out right stared at me. For a moment I had thought she'd recognized me and my cover was blown. But no she hadn't. She was just staring because she had thought me handsome maybe? I had thought how odd is she?
I'd probably never see her again and that was comforting because she made me feel like I had never felt before and it was frightening, but another part of me wanted to see her again. If only so I could just look at her watch her be adorable. She was terribly sexy too. Thinking about her I became hard. Irritated with how she affected me I went and took a cold shower. I ate breakfast and went on my way to work trying to forget the violet eyed girl who seemingly got under my skin and into my dreams.
Sky:
I'd woken up groaning. I had a huge hangover I flopped off of my bed and onto the floor, groaning at the impact. I grudgingly walked to my bathroom and took some aspirin and washed my face. I looked like a wild person. I went and grabbed some water chugging for dear life, to replace my lost hydration. When I was satisfied and feeling a bit better I hopped into the shower and took a very very long shower. Good thing I didn't have work, I had slept till 2 pm. I sat down on my living room couch and turned on the tv ready for a relaxing day.The prince was on the news, curious for some odd reason, I'd started watching it. These news lady was saying that for the first time ever the crown prince was seen at a club last night dressed different. Crown Prince Lodi... then when they got to the part that he was seen hanging around a strawberry headed girl in a black dress I nearly chocked on my own saliva. No way. So then... It really was the crown prince I was talking to at the club. The one who had helped me twice. The one they call the darkened light. The one who appeared light but was rude and mean and hated everybody.
He'd never given a female the time of day before, but then what was last night...? Could he really have actually been interested in me? IN ME? I'm a nobody and he was gonna rule the empire one day... but then again it's not like he'd ever see me again right? I mean he was a crown prince after all. This was the first time he'd ever been caught doing something like this. So it's not like I'd have to worry about a prince at my door asking for me to be he's future queen or anything. Right? I shook my head obviously I didn't have to worry about it. But a part of me... wanted him to come find me... wanted to worry about it. But a prince would never care for a commoner like me.
I scoffed it'll never happen. I turned off the tv, now what else do I do? I shook my head has my life really become so dull? I stood up and a wave of pain overcame me. I sat back down as my head began to throb furiously. What is happening to me? Do I have that bad of a hangover? I drank some of my cup of water I had on my nightstand near me. As a drank it I started to feel a little bit better until nothing came out of my glass anymore. I opened one eye to exam my glass and... what the hell?
It was completely frozen I examined it more in my hands but no, it really was frozen. How odd... then the water began to melt, extraordinarily fast and before I could react... Crack, crack, crack the glass cup shattered in my hands with boiling hot water hitting me and glass shards. "Owe, what the fuck?!" I shouted out loud to myself. Red marks started to form where the water had hit me and little cuts scattered my hands and arms, I stood up shaking the glass off of me. What just happened? Was this real? My hands began to glow a light silver and I noticed I was unconsciously healing myself.
