The downside to your quirk is that whatever you are manipulating has a colored fog around it, the color depends on your mood. And you can only manipulate things you can see that are within a certain distance. Pushing this limit cause body aches and tiredness.
Your parents were the pro hero's Telepath and Fusion they but were tragically killed by the villain Freeze.
