"Hello this is the suicide hotline before you do anything bad to yourself can you talk to me about it first?" Shawn heard on the other end.

"I just can't live like this anymore." He said crying

"Do you want to tell me what's going on?" The woman asked reassuringly.

"I feel like my whole life is crashing down I just want to end all of it." He said again.

"Okay where are you right now?" The lady asked.

"Next to the train tracks." He answered, slowly feeling comfort from this woman.

"Okay can you do something for me?" The lady asked.

"Okay." He said hesitantly.

"I want you to walk away from the train tracks, go home or somewhere indoors I want you away from the tracks." The woman said calmly.

Sniffing, Shawn walked away from the train tracks, looking back a few times.

"I feel like I know you from somewhere I kind of recognize your voice." Shawn murmured as the woman said another sentence.

"Huh?" The woman asked.

"What's your name?" Shawn asked.

"Camila." She replied, "Why?"

"Camila...is that you?" Shawn asked suddenly stopping at the familiar name.

"Wait who is this?" Camila asked.

"It's Shawn." Shawn said.

"Shawn...oh Shawn what did you do to yourself? Where are you I need to come see you." Camila cried.

"9th Avenue, Queensberry street." Shawn said, bewildered at the coincidence.

"Okay wait I'm going to come see you, don't go anywhere." Camila said with some shuffling in the background.

"Camila where are you going?" One of Camila's work friends asked when she saw Camila putting on her coat.

"It's Shawn, he called the hotline." Camila said hurriedly.

"Shawn? As in the Shawn that you broke up with like 5 years ago and still talk about?"

"Yeah that one, but I have to go now." Camila said, running past her.

———

Shawn heard crunching of snow as he sat on the bench waiting for Camila.

"Hey." A breathless voice said behind him.

Shawn turned his head and saw the woman that he had loved for ten years, still looking as gorgeous as he remembered.

———

They both stared at each other and in unison they said, "I couldn't stop thinking of you."

They both leaned in and their lips met and they smiled at the familiar sensation
