2 The Day Has Come

NO ONES POV:
As dream was now awake from his slumber, he slowly got up making sure that he doesn't wake up nightmare, as he got up he then notices that there were a lot of noises so being the curious skeleton he is, he then walks towards where the noises cam from, as soon as he got there he then saw monsters everywhere so he must have think that the villagers have already arrived as he was done checking the monsters in secret he then go back to where his 'brother' was sleeping, as soon that he was back in the tree he see's his 'brother' still sleeping but was soon waken up by a rustling waking up nightmare and making dream angry

Dream POV:
I hear the rustling and soon my brother started to wake up and now i was angry cause that rustle woke up my 'brother' who or whatever wake up my 'brother' i woulf find them and will kill them, I don't care if it's a child or adult, I just wants my 'brother' to have some peace in his sleep but noooo he can't because of 'them', ughhhh let's just stop thinking and keep my brother safe, I then go to help up my brother "hello brother, I see that you are now awake!!!" nightmare then look up and then smiled "hello dream!! By the way I hear rustling in that bush" nightmare point at the bush "hmmm let's go check it out then brother" nightmare then nob, he got up dusting his clothes and then grabs my hand and goes to the bush as we now arrive at the bush i use my hands to uncover who or what make that rustling noise as I pushed aside the bush and now revealed monster, not just any monster they are monster children as the children now look at us with fear my brother then calm them with a smile

'ughhh that smile might kill me one day' i thought, then smiled at them reassuring them that we mean no harm they seem to calm down "hello my name is nightmare and this is my brother dream, what are you little onces doing here?" nightmare asked with a concerned face "ohh we where playing hide and seek with our other friends" a monster bunny said "yeah ohh and b-" as the wolf monster was cut off its sentence by a yell "bunny!!!!!!!" an adult yell was heard then 'bunny' flinched by the yell and then bunny shout back like '' Iam here mommy!!!''

'huh it sounded like an adult so guess this is bunny monsters mother' i thought then bunnies mother came running towards bunny and hug her tight then she look at us and I wrapped around my brother's arm protectively and nighty seems to kinda blush? Nevermind first focused on protecting my brother

Nightmare POV:
As dream wrapped his arms around my arm protectively i kinda blush at the contact, I mean me and dream are like brothers but I don't know if we are actually 'brothers' so there mught be a 50% chances that we are  though but i prefer that dream isn't my brother though, I mean i like him but not brotherly bond but as an affection like or maybe love, i don't really know but i get butterflies in my stomach when he smiles, gaves me attention, caring and cuddles

'I really wanna cuddle with him longer though, his body(?) was so warm' as I snapped out of my thoughts the bunny mother then step back a little pissed and scared, huh i wonder.... why?
as i feel a glare in my arm, i then saw dream glaring at the bunny mother in a scary way but why though? "you better leave now and never come back here, I already know you villagers want the apples and the tree am I correct?,ok now leave us alone before i make you" she then back away and then i heard her 'tch' and then the kids soon followed her i then look at dream concerned of what he mean by that, he then look at me and smiles 'god dream you really are an angel' i thought "it's ok brother they won't hurt us and they would probably leave us alone" he said and i just nobbed understanding, though i dont like being called 'brother' maybe someday dream won't call me that and call me by my name someday i thought and smile

Dream POV:
Perfect....
now that the villager will think of me as the bad guy now, well my plan is half working but the important thing is nightmare safety, we then walk back to our tree and we sat in the tree in peace 'well this is going to be the beginning of the day but i don't care nightmare is the number one priority here' i thought and drifted to sleep in nightmare's shoulder

Nightmare POV:
As dream falls asleep in my shoulder, i could already feel myself burning, i then calm my self down and slowly falls asleep in dreams head 'i hope we could stay like this forever' i thought then close my eyes going to sleep

NO ONE POV:
As the two guardians where now sleeping, one peaceful sleep and one last sleep for dream, he already knows that he is going suffer by protecting nightmare but he was determined to make his brother smile and live freely, he wont let nightmare eat the apple and even if he did, he would just have to accept him after all deep down he is still nightmare

And now years have passed where dream would always get bullied by the kids or adults or anyone and  dream would always hide his bruises and scars or heal them without nightmare noticing even though he had to lie and  dream didn't like lieng to nightmare but he had to protect him and nightmare was treated well in the village they even thought that nightmare was the guardian of positivity while dream being the guardian of negativity but it was actually the opposite dream have to pretend to be the bad guy so that his brother will be happy, he didn't even sleep....

And so it goes on and on and on, until it became his daily routine but eventually nightmare already noticed that something was off with dream but dream would always make an 'excuse' and said that 'he was tired' or' he fell down on cliff' but nightmare wasn't all convinced, he knew dream was lieng so he had made a plan to stalk dream to know that his 'excuses' where true or maybe fake
