Three Unsaid Words

~Mom who is Danny?! #27~

I start eating and finish soon. The nurse comes back in and leaves. A while later I hear my whole family and friends talking down the hall. 

"Uhhh great," I say as soon as they walk in.

"Heyyyy!!!!" Omar and Jack say.

"Okay I want you to meet my boyfriend Joshua," Bridgette says as a kid comes out.

"Hi?" He says. I smile and nod.

"Why is the whole city here?" I ask

They all start laughing and yell

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" 

"Happy birthday my ass get out I'm trying to sleep but the frickin nurse came in and woke me up because I "Had to eat," I say closing my eyes. Bridgette walks up to me and opens my eyes. and pokes me

"Oww!" I say

"Wake up. The doctor said you can come home now. You're fine your not dying." Bridgette says

"Unfortunately," Persophone says under her breath.

I get out of bed and slap her. I look down and realize I can walk. and thank god I'm not wearing a gown. I walk outside and go to the liquor store down the street. I grab five bags of takis and pay and then leave and walk home. 

"Hey, where are you going?" Jack says catching up to me

"I need to talk to my mom and find out something," I say

"Hmm. Okay, can I come?" He asks

"Yeah, sure I don't really care to be honest. Also no offense." I say catching the bus. 

"What did you buy at the store?" Jack askes

"Takis," I say opening a bag and eating them. 

"Hmmm." He says. I hand him and bag and he thanks me and starts eating with me.

a while later we arrive at my house and I go through the door.

"MOM!" I yell

"Oh yay your up!" She says coming up to hug me. I don't hug her back

"Who is Danny," I ask. She loosens her grip and releases from her hug.

"How do you know who he is?" She asks me

"I don't know I had a dream and saw you crying and I talked to him. He said he loves you and misses you." I say. My mom starts tearing up and I hug her to comfort her. 

"Let's sit down its time I told you." She says walking us over to the couch. 

"Danny is your older brother and he died because he drowned. He was always so kind and so adorable. He would always ask me if I needed help or ask me if I wanted a hug when he saw me crying. I would always play with him when he asked me. I really miss him." My mom says crying and hugging me. I hug her back and comfort her.

"I never saw a time where Dany wasn't happy. He was only 6. He was always smiling. I should have been watching him. But I wasn't Persophone needed me to help her build something. And I look outside to see if Danny was okay and I see him laying down. I run outside and call your dad's name and run up to Danny and see him just lying there. I really did try helping him. I did CPR." She said crying more.

"And the- th- the police told me we lost him. He always played with Persophone and Max when they were sad. He would always help them clean up when their dad yelled at them to clean up." She said hugging me tighter. I then remembered Jack was in the room. 

"I-i-mi-miss him." She says crying more. I hug her really tight and walk her to her room where I heard the front door open. I hear dad running up the stairs.

"I- oh your here- why is mom crying?" He asks running up to mom and hugging her. 

"Danny." I say softly 

"You know." He says

"You know the whole story?" He asks. I nod and hug mom one more time before leaving. 

"Do you still want the rest of your takis?" Jack asks me

"Yes, why?" I say He gulps and runs out. I walk up to my bag and see that they're all gone. I roll my eyes and throw away the empty bags. 

Authors note: So that was this chapter. I've written 3 chapters and I hope you enjoy them. I decided I will finish here and continue writing later. I am really busy right now, and I'll continue writing tomorrow. I will not finish writing the series.
