The Search for George

The Long Road Ahead

-Georges Pov-

He woke up early to finish packing his bags, making sure he had everything Dream and Sapnap insisted on him bringing for his long vacation in Florida.

He sat up texting Dream who was anxiously texting him stuff off of their checklist they created

G: "Sandals check, Clothes check shorts and pants and tank tops and everything else you insisted on me needing" He typed as his hands shook the anxiety and excitement building up as he finished checking with Dream on everything.

D: "It seems you have everything and more, you sure you're ready for this Georgie?" Dream typed a smirk across his lips knowing that nickname made George blush.

G: "I'm so ready! I finally get to meet you and the gang! It won't be too long before I get to be in your arms!" George typed a faint blush growing darker on his cheeks.

D: "I'm so excited let me know when you're on your last plane and we'll be at the airport for you!" He smiled and turned off his phone setting it on his nightstand to take a small nap knowing Georges flights were gonna take hours.

George got up excitedly and called an Uber which arrived within minutes, he made sure his apartment was fully locked up and would be fine during his absence.

He nervously fidgeted with his hands as the car approached the airport and the driver got his bag out of the trunk for him. George didn't know if the driver was being nice or making fun of his twinkish size. (I'm sorry I found that so funny for some reason)

He walked into the large airport and headed towards the desks to get his bag checked and everything before heading to his turminal to board his plane. He still had a good 45 minutes but wanted to be early so he could get some tea and a small breakfast from the Starbucks in the airport.

After waiting in the small coffee shop finishing up his tea he heard a women's voice over the loud speakers "Flight 4207 is now boarding in terminal 12" He looked at his ticket and threw out his empty cup. Of course he put it in the recycling because saving the environment and all.

He walked to his terminal his bag in tow as he got in the line of the other people boarding his plane, he had his earbuds in and was listening to one of Dreams favorite songs. He smiled at the thought of Dream that popped into his head.

He boarded the plane and waited for their take off. He shot Dream and short text with a smile.

G: "On the plane now I'll see you in no time baby!"

-Dreams Pov-

He opened his eye looking at his phone light up as the ringtone he had set for George's texts went off. He smiled at the song and checked the message, he let out a soft chuckle. George always knew how to find that soft spot in Dreams heart.

D: "I can't wait to see you baby! I'll give you all the hugs and kisses you desire" He wheezed after setting his phone back down and accepting defeat on trying to sleep.

He flipped through the channels until he found the news channel, it was boring enough to put him to sleep or so he thought.

The news reporter spoke about a man who had been kidnapping smaller guys mostly in their 20s. Dream sighed and called SAPNAP to come into his room. The tall handsome sapnap walked in and stood in the doorway.

S: "What's up Dream boy?" He laughed as he found himself quite funny. Only getting an eye roll in response from Dream.

D: "Have you seen this guy on the news? I can't believe people are like that." He looked at Sapnap who was now staring at the TV.

S: "Let's hope he doesn't snatch up your boyfriend before we get to him" he said jokingly. Dream glared at him.

D: "That's not even funny Sapnap he's never been here before and he's never seen what I look like. What if someone pretends to be us and takes him away?" He anxiously looked at Sapnap as tears swelled in his eyes.

Sapnap let out a soft sigh and sat next to Dream on his bed pulling him into a hug while rubbing his back reassuringly.

S: "That wasn't funny I'm sorry, He's gonna be okay I promise!" Sapnap said comforting the crying Dream who was worried for his boyfriends safety.

Dream smiled and nodded wiping his tears away before Sapnap left the room leaving Dream alone to his thoughts. A mixture of happy and worrisome thoughts rushed through his head before he slowly dozed off into a deep slumber.
