Hyunjaeh had been having some troubles again with her heart. her day was now coming. no one knows yet but it was obvious. she would randomly have heart attacks these days so Sunwoo needs to be by her side.

she was now released from the hospital, the doctor already gave up. there was no way but to accept it, that's what they said.

Sunwoo would sneak inside her room just to check if her pulse was still okay and would go back home after. without him she was could've been dead by now.

it's now Sunwoo's daily routine to visit her every 12 and would stay for a few hours before going back to their house. while he was checking her, she woke up. she woke up to see Sunwoo holding her hands.

they talk for awhile that day until Hyunjaeh suddenly got a heart attack, again.

"you know we should thank Sunwoo for being there than scolding the boy why he was there that night!"

"Sunwoo, i think you need to rest. let them deal with these.." Hyunjae reassured the boy who was outside looking through the windows of the door.

"is Sunwoo okay? it must be hard for him since they're in a relationship.."

"i know, he's strong. i know Hyunjaeh's make it.."

her friends and families were worried at Hyunjaeh's situation, but Sunwoo was more worried. he locked his room for days after knowind about Hyunjaeh's condition. he didn't even touched the food his mother gave him, he was too worried.

i now can't fulfill what she want..

i promised her she'll be okay.

i gave her all before she die. i was so stupid, i was too late.

i didn't get to see her walk with that white gown while i stand in the altar.

i wanted to give her everything what a great boyfriend should do.

i want to take care of her. she's been dealing with this by herself. if she can't do it i want to be by her side, holding her hands.

just this please.

i wish i was there with her in the afterlife.

i wish we'll met in our second life.
