Another Day

Tyrone's POV

I was sleeping soundly when the morning sun kissed my porcelain skin and the sound of my alarm clock in my bedside table where also the picture of my ate and I when we were on a camping 13 yrs ago.

"Ughh, ano ba, ang Ingay" reklamo ko habang nakapikit pa ang aking mga mata.

I forced myself to open my eyes at ibangon ang katawan ko. As I do that, my blanket fell to the bed and my toned abs came to view. Palagi naman talaga akong natutulog na shirtless, ang comfortable lang.

"Ughh, my head" reklamo ko ulit habang hinawakan ang ulo ko.

"I shouldn't had a lot of drink last night"

Uminom kami sa bar that my friend Yuuto owned, we have our own VIP room there where we can hang out in our free time.

Ako ang nagbigay ng idea na magkaroon kami ng private room dahil ayaw ko'ng may makarinig sa mga sinasalita namin, minsan kasi about our company, for our private gang meetings and the most of all, ayaw ko'ng may mga babaeng nag flu-flirt sa amin.

Bumangon na ako at pumunta ng banyo para maghanda. Pumunta ako sa salamin and I saw a 6'5 ft Tall, handsome man with Jet black hair, deep ocean blue eyes, a chiselled jaw, an 8 pack abs, and a very toned body. When I saw my reflection, I narcissistically said
"Damn, I'm hot" I always do that to start my day good.

Nagsipilyo na ako at Naligo, it took about 30 minutes, may pagka-clean freak kasi ako and I got that attitude from my mom. I then wrapped my lower part with a towel and started to choose something from my wardrobe.

"Mmm...." Bago pa ako makapili ng susuotin ay tumunog yung cellphone ko.

*/Ring... Ring... Ring

"Yes?"

"Good morning sir Tyrone, I wanted to inform you that you will be having a meeting with the chairman, he's already waiting for you in his office"

My dad's secretary formally informed me and so I decided to wore a black long sleeve, pants and shoes. Si dad lang naman ang kikitain ko kaya hindi na ako magsusuot ng blazer.

Sinuot ko rin ang Audemars Piguet wristwatch na binigay sakin ni Aunt Helen, my mom's little sister on my 20th birthday. Bagay na bagay ito for my outfit today.

I looked at myself in the mirror one last time, inayos ko kunti ang buhok ko, I got my car keys and went to my garage. I drove my Lamborghini to my dad's office, listening to some music.

Dito ako natulog sa villa na binigay sa akin ni uncle Theo which is my dad's 2nd brother, wala akong katulong sa villa na ito dahil malayo ito sa highway, more like at the top of the mountain. This place has been customised by uncle Theo for me, he even fixed the road for my cars.

Many minutes later, I arrived at my dad's building, pinark ko muna ang kotse ko sa basement at pumunta na sa office ni dad. Along the way, the employees greeted me and I also returned their greetings.

Malapit na ako sa office ni dad ng nakita ako ng secretary niya, I greeted his secretary and he guide me to his office, he knocked the door first and announced my presence before me coming in.

"Yo dad, good morning" I greeted him cheerfully and umupo sa couch.

"Good morning too son" my dad, Thomas Cortez greeted me back at tumayo para umupo din sa couch.

"You looked like you went on drinking last night" my dad looked at me while still reviewing some papers.

"You bet I did" sagot ko naman habang nakangiti.

"Dun ka natulog sa villa na binigay ng uncle Theo mo?" tanong niya

"Yup" I answered while laughing

"Hays, I knew it" my dad answered in defeat.

"Did my ate called?" I asked curiously

"Her? Called? Sigh, Ewan ko sa ate mo kung ano ang mga ginagawa niya sa buhay niya, hindi man lang tumawag at nangumusta?!" my dad was clearly frustrated

Ate never called us pero nagpaparamdam naman siya, for example, nagpapadala siya ng mga regalo para sa kaarawan nila mom and dad and sa anniversaries din nila.

Nagpapadala din siya sa kaarawan naming dalawa, when I graduated ay nagpadala din siya. We went silent for a moment thinking about her but then I decided to break it.

"So? What is it?" I asked

"Pinatawag kita dito kasi kay sasabihin ako, napaka-importante nitong sasabihin ko so listen carefully" he told me seriously

"Sure, go ahead" may idea na ako sa sasabihin niya kaya hindi na ako nagtaka

"You..... Will be meeting your fiancée tonight, you two will be having dinner" he said

"... Oh, alright! That's it?" I said unfazed by what he announced.

"Teka teka, yun lang? Wala kang sasabihin? Complaints? Anything?" tanong sakin ni dad with a confusion

"Hm? No? I already knew it anyway, but, not gonna lie, I was surprised nung sinabi mong 'tonight' hahaha" I jokingly said

"I see"

My dad smiled at my reaction at kitang-kita sa mukha niya that he's relieved.

"What does she looked like though?" tanong ko

"Hm?! Find it out yourself! Son, I don't want to be a spoiler! HAHAHA!" my dad was shocked at my question at first but then tumawa siya ng malakas.

"Hays, fine~Imma head out now, see ya later dad!" I waved him goodbye

Before I head out, he told me "Son, just tell me kapag ayaw mo ha? I'm not gonna force you"

I smiled at him at lumabas na sa office niya.

I knew it, I'm already at my twenties so it's about time for me to meet her.

I called my secretary to clean my villa that was given to me by uncle Theo, itong villa nato ang may pinakamagandang view in my opinion, its peaceful as well. Sinabihan ko rin si Jim, my secretary that I'll be meeting my fiancée tonight, he understood right away and so I also told him to tell my dad about the venue that I decided para siya na ang magsabi sa side ng fiancée ko.

Ito ang isa sa mga reason bakit I hired Jim, he's just quick to catch orders!

I don't have much to do so I headed to my gang base and just chill there. Don't get the wrong idea though, na-exist ang gang na ito para sa kompanya, sa buhay namin ay hindi talaga maiiwasan ang mga patayan at assassination. Naalala niyo na na aksidente ako when I was 5 yrs old? Well that was not an accident but a planned murder.

"Yo! Ty, naparito ka?" sabi ni Hugo and also 'Ty' is my nickname.

"Just chillin, also, I'll be meeting my fiancée tonight" I told him while drinking the wine in my hand.

"Wow! Seriously?! Congratulations!" he exclaimed

"Saan ang venue?" tanong niya habang kumuha din ng wine.

I told him na sa villa ko lang and his reaction is hilarious.

"Ohhh, that made it easy to pin her down dude HAHAHA"

I forgot to tell you that Hugo is a playboy, isa din yan sa mga rason kung bakit palaging na cancel ang engagements niya.

I just laugh at him while also thinking about tonight.

"Looking at your reaction, that was your plan all along huh?" he looked at me teasingly

"Well... Maybe?" I answered him while also wondering if it'll happen.

I don't mind though, as long as I like her face, attitude and personality.

"I KNEW IT! HAHAHAHA!" he laughed loudly.

I am quite excited and nervous to be honest, magugustuhan kaya niya ako? What if she'll hate me? What if maging awkward ang pagkikita namin? What was I thinking when I decided na sa villa ko kami magkikita?! Was I really thinking of doing it with her?!
