Iris's POV

As I flung open the window Jeff hopped inside, we've been meeting for about a month now. I knew alot more about him than anyone else (excluding his mate Hoody), the only thing I didn't know about him was his back-story.

"Hi Iris, how's your day been?" Jeff asked, truthfully it was shit. Business was slow and I lost count on how many time I said 'look up!' or 'my eyes are up here!', the constant flirting of the boys didn't help. "It was shit," I said flatly. "Awww, why?" he laughed, " 'cause all the boys think I'm a tall drink of water and all the men who think I'm pretty are dickheads!" I sighed." I think your pretty, does that make me a dickhead?" Jeff mumbled. "Beg Pardon?" I asked. "Nothin'" he replied hurriedly.

After about 10 minutes in silence Jeff asked, "do you have any dreams or talents?" I looked at my feet. "Erm, I used to sing. I haven't sung since my dad's funeral, I attempted Amazing Grace but I was crying so much it sounded horrible. When I have a special guy I will sing for him." I said thickly, I hadn't realized I was crying until I was embraced in a leathery hug.

Jeff whispered into my ear "I know your waiting for that special guy, but could you sing for me? The last person to sing for me was my mum." I froze, should I? I took a deep breath and sung Heartbeat song by Kelly Clarkson-

Once I finished Jeff was looking at me gobsmacked. "That was perfect, did you ever do any ccompetitions?" he asked.

Jeff's POV

In answer Iris hauled down a trunk from the top of her wardrobe, she opened it up and the contents glittered in the light. Medals, trophies, certificates and photos were jammed into the box. "I must of been quite good, I got near perfect scores every time." Iris mumbled, embarrassed.

She was just putting the trunk away, when her phone buzzed. Iris answered the phone and put it on loud speaker. "Hiya sexy Iris," Someone purred down the phone. "I was just about to get in the shower and I was just thinking how much better it would be if you were in it with me." I was filled with rage, thinking how much I hated him. Iris rolled her eyes "Aston I will NEVER, emphasis on the NEVER go out with you!" I suddenly had a idea "hey babe, come back to bed 'cause I've got plenty more condoms where that came from." Iris looked disgusted but then she realized what I was doing, "Kay babe, give me some more sex!" she giggled, "ugh! I didn't realize you had company!" said 'Aston' and he hung up.

"OMG! That was fucking genius. How did you think of that?" Iris said through her laughter, I just shrugged. "you better get going, it's Friday tomorrow you can stay a little longer" Iris said, I just sat their staring. "Jeff get your butt out of my room! Now!" she yelled. Iris followed me to the window, before I jumped she gave me a kiss on the forehead. I jumped, gave her a wave and I had reached the tree line in seconds. I liked that kiss.
