Taehyung woke up with a smile on his face. He has never felt like that before since the punishment happened, every day he feels as if he's carrying a heavy load but he doesn't show it. No one knows but himself. He's good at hiding himself. Really good, that no one had noticed a crying soul inside that sultry smile. Too good, that no one saw the pain behind the winks and seductive stares. Really believable, that no one suspected whimpers behind his sexy giggles.

He made sure no one knows so he did everything he can to hide it: He acted as if he liked what they made him wear, even let his hair grow 'til his shoulder to make it more believable.

He answered a hot guy that asked him to be his boyfriend even though Seojun is known as a bad news. He regretted it.

He continued being his weird self, taking his favorite plushie for more emphasis. But he always get punished. He's tired of it.

He left his friends, those he knows who understands him. And he knew he's an idiot.

He thought he's doing a great job, for almost two years he made it. But he came, and for some reason, he felt an undescribable warmth.

The way he stared at him with intrigue more than judgment. The way he frowned and watched his every movement. The way he's dazed everytime they talk. His smile. His voice. It gives him warmth that he knew isn't supposed to be there.

He tried to ignore it. But then he held his hand. And the warmth settled inside him, in his heart.

The talk he had with his cousin made him feel alive and sure again.

"This isn't you, Tae." Yoongi said with concerned eyes, shining with the tears that he rarely sees. He cried more then pulled him to a hug. He shushed him, with soothing pats and honest words. He's more than thankful.

"Tae," He heard a knock, before his mom peek in his room, smiling like she knows what he's feeling. "Yoongi's here."

"Thanks, mom. Give me another minute." He said then smiled his boxy smile to her, before tying his hair into a messy man bun. She didn't move, which confused him. So he turned to her. "Mom?"

"Welcome back, Taehyungie." He walked to her, then hugged her tight. "Thank you for being understanding, mom."

They didn't say any words after that. Happy tears flowed on their faces, expressing what they feel that's not describable with words. Then let go.

He's more than nervous. Anxiety surging in as he walk through the halls. Eyes on him as uninvited chatters roared in the background.

He stopped, turning to leave, but was met with reassuring eyes which belongs to his cousin.

He smiled. Then continued. He could feel his heart in his chest as if it wants to come as they come close to their classroom. The anxiety coming back as the faces of his friends, and him, formed inside his head. The "what ifs". The hatred. It makes him want to back out and maybe just do homeschool. But he tried to push them all as he step his feet inside the familiar room.

"Welcome back, Kim Taehyung."
