Pietro and Alhena were once again sitting in the meadow just like that had been doing for the past month. Right now Alhena was drawing him. It was pretty difficult because he wouldn't stop moving. She had been telling him to sit still for the passed couple of minutes but he would not listen.
Her drawing was interrupted by Pietro's phone ringing. He picked it up and put it on speaker. It happened to be Nat that was calling. She told them to come to the tower because they're having a meeting.
The two huffed at this. They had planned to have a quiet little date and were planning this for a couple of days. They figured to have it today because they thought both weren't busy. Turns out they were wrong.
"I'm sorry that our plans keep on getting ruined printesa. " He apologized. All he wanted to do was spend time with her and he felt like every time they did it was ruined.
"It's not your fault Piet." The girl said as she assured him that she was fine.
"I know but still." He continued upset that their date was ruined.
Once the two finished packing all the paint up they started to pack up the food in the picnic basket. After the two finished that, they began to walk to the compound.

Eventually they got to the compound and went to the meeting room. They left the stuff they brought outside, not thinking it'd be a good idea to bring it inside. As the two walked in they noticed that everyone's eyes were on them. Quickly they sat down in the empty seats around the table.
"Now that you're here we can start." Steve told as he got up and pointed to the board. "You two are going on a mission." He stated and then explained what it was about.
"Wait why do they have to go on a mission?" Thor asked. Alhena had never gone on a mission or anything so he didn't want his little sister to get hurt.
"Because their powers are useful in this mission and they work great together." Steve answered. It was true, the two made a great team. Anyone could tell by the way they trained together and by them just being together.
"Alright well when is this mission and where is it?" Pietro asked.
"Tomorrow and its in France. We caught signals from there and we think there's a Hyrda base there. It's very small though so that's why we only need you tow to go on the mission. " Steve explained as he went on about the details. He told the others that they could go and explained more to Pietro and Alhena.

Steve was finally done with telling them about the mission and told them that they could leave. The two walked out together and started to walk to the dinning room for dinner.
Finishing her dinner Alhena decided to head back to her room. She had to go to sleep earlier than usual because her and Pietro had to wake up early tomorrow to fly to France in the Quinjet. Pietro had also followed her and now they were walking together to their rooms.
"Are you exited for tomorrow."
"Eh, I'm more nervous than anything."
"Don't be we're going to be just fine."
"You think so?" She asked uncertainly.
"I know so, I mean I get it Wanda was also like this on her first mission but we're gonna be fine. It's a tiny mission and I know we'll win."
"A-Alright."
"Have faith draga. Goodnight" He leaned in and kissed her forehead and then retreted to his room across from hers. Following in his footsteps she did the same and got ready for bed.
