Falun held Cat by the neck and smirked, "Long time no see brother"

"Brother!?!?" I look at Lockhart shocked

"don't look at me I thought he was dead"

Well this is it, the battle we're all been waiting for. We attacked eachother fighting for Cat. They were all at eachother throats. I crawl around the battle hiding in the shadows slowly making my way to Cat.

"Don't hurt my pups" she screamed tears forming in her eyes.

She struggled with her restraints fighting with them. I took my knife out trying to reach her. I felt a hard pange in my side. I gasp.

"Derek!"
I'm fine keep going.

I nodded and crawled toward her more as she desperately looked at her pups. This wasn't the best thing in the world but we couldn't have injuries or even death from this. We needed to get this over faster. I took a deep breath and sprinted for her. Falun saw me and ran after me. I reached her and desperately trued to cut the rope. She was free!

"come on!" I grab her hand and we make a break for the entrance

"not so fast" Falun roared and lunged at me sinking his claws into my side.

I gasped and hit the hard ground. I watched red stain my shirt and pain surge through my body. Derek broke alphas neck in surge of anger and fell to my side gripping my hand.

"Derek" I whispered his name then blackness.

Derek's pov

I whimpered and passes the floor of the cabin. It had been three days since my precious mate was hurt. Cat was taking care of him feeling responsible for his injury.

I howled "damn it Stiles why do you always have to push it?"

I felt useless as I sat down. Ethan patted my shoulder. I couldn't help but whimper in despair. Then Cat came out smiling.

"do you enjoy looking at others pain or do you have good news" I growled at her

"he wants to see you"

I zoomed past her and into the room where Stiles was now sitting up. I knelt at his bedside.

"Stiles I'm so sorry. I should have been more careful. I knew this was a bad idea when I lost you in the snow storm. We should have never have come. I"

"Derek!" he cut me off "I'm injured not dead now stop blubbering"

He pet my hair and I relaxed.

"Derek I wanna go home"
