Pretty Please?

It's strange waking up and the first thing you see is the ground getting closer towards you as you fall.

You'd think it to be one of those dreams where you wake up in your dream. Unfortunately for me, this was not a dream, and the force of hitting the ground was far from pleasant.

Maybe falling asleep in a tree wasn't one of my best decisions.

"Yr Alban! Are you okay?" I hear Wales say as they rush up to me.

"Oh aye, you woke me up..." I say in a low tone as I slowly sit up, "an I fell."

"Are you injured? I can take you home where you can rest?"

"Nah Wales, that's kind but Ahm fine. It's no the first time I've fallen oot of a tree." I respond, "No the highest height I've fallen from either." I add on as I look back up to the tree.

I like to climb a lot. wether that be trees, buildings, mountains, or anything that just seems climbable. It makes me the champion of tag and hide and seek—not like you're going to catch someone who is metres above you, not to mention if they're purposefully hiding from your sight. They're childish games, but I like to play them still as I know I can win them.

"It's moments like these I'm glad you're so chaotic." Wales sighs in relief, "But ONLY moments like these." They quickly add.

I chuckle and shake my head at that.
If you're not going to be chaotic when your limited to living on this island only for years, how is life going to be interesting?

"You could help me stand up?" I ask Wales.

I still feel a bit shaken from hitting the ground. I mean, imagine waking up and the first thing that happens to you is gravity trying to kill you.
It's not too fun.

Wales reaches out her hand and I take it, to which they pull me up.

"Thanks." I say while getting used to the shift of position.

"No problem, it's the least I could do when I literally made you fall out of a tree." Wales responds.

"Uh-huh, Ireland will be sad to of missed that one. Shame he does nae visit too often."

"He has a more active social life than we do. A lot more people for him to visit."

"That's true." I nod, "May I ask why you have appeared in my presence."

"Why do you have to say that so weirdly?"

"Because Ah can."

Wales just shakes her head.

"I came here because England is worried about you and asked me to check up on you but specifically requested me to not say that he sent me because it shows that he does in fact care about you as a friend."

"Sounds like something he would dae." I say, " I mean send you tae dae something because he does nae want tae dae it himself. Nae care about me as a friend, that ones pretty new."

"Mm-hm, but this isn't about Lloegr." Wales begins, "I said that you need to start talking about how you feel more, so come on, tell me what's up. You know you can trust me." Wales finishes with a reassuring smile.
