Static Love (Virgil x Reader)

For the last two weeks, Frieda has been sitting in my seat next to Virgil. Not going to lie it makes me extremely mad. It's like she gets up at the crack of dawn just to sit in my seat. Virgil already told me that they were best friends before she left. I guess she wants to rekindle their friendship to where it was before she became distant. Yet, why do I feel like she's up to something. I can't shake this feeling but it can't be helped anyways, all I can do is stay focus and not cause trouble. Right now, I'm focused on taking notes until there was a knock at the door. Our teacher stopped the lesson to announce we had two new student joining us today. We all looked over at the door to see two people we never expected to see again. My mood changed for the better, it was as if the candy store had a free for all at set price of five dollars. The two guys proceeded into the classroom and stood in front whole class. 

???: "Morning, my name is Mikey and this is my brother Ace."

Ace: "Sup fam."

Their eyes scanned the room until they landed on us in the back. Grins appeared on their faces as they looked towards my brothers and I. All I can say now is, this is gonna be a fun school year. The teacher told them to take a seat wherever they find. Our poor teacher doesn't know what they signed up for because six of us are the meaning of trouble. Mikey took the empty seat next to me, while Ace took the seat next to Tobi. 

Ace: "Long time no see bros."

Tobi: "Definitely bro. It's been a while no cap."

Jr: "Yeah last time we saw you two, we were at a stand off with the B's"

Mikey: "No cap, didn't think they were ready for the eight of us to beat they ass."

Jordan: "For real, kinda miss running the streets with y'all"

Ace: "Us too."

Mikey looks over to his left to see (Y/N) taking class notes as the teacher continued on with the lesson. With a confused look on his face he tilted his head a little bit before speaking to (Y/N).

Mikey: "Don't you miss us to mama?"

(Y/N): "Of course, Baby Blue. But, right now I'm focusing on getting these notes." She says without taking her eyes off the lesson.

Ace: "I mean who wouldn't miss us. We are to handsome not to miss. Isn't that right cupcake." 

(Y/N): "Still cocky as ever Sweets. If you two are here, then where are the others?"

Mikey: "Anthony and Caesar are in Music right now. We met up at lunch cause we have the same classes after."

(Y/N): "Cool, I guess we'll see you guys at lunch then."

(Y/N) starts to pack up her books to before the bell rings. The teacher ended the class about ten minutes early so they all had time to try catch up before lunch. They laughed, cracked jokes, and brought  up old memories of the past until the bell rung.  They left the class and spilt ways to make it to their next period.

Back to (Y/N) POV....

It so refreshing to have some of our friends going to the same school. Don't get me wrong I love all my new friends that I made this year. Yet, they don't have the past me and the boys have. Mikey, Ace, Anthony and  Cesar are like family to me and my brothers. Of course, once a Blue Skull always a Blue Skull. Yet, we move past being apart of the same gang, our families were close as can be even after our fathers death. It's like I had another four siblings without asking for any. Mikey and Caesar are the ones everyone falls for, not just because of their looks but their personalities. They are the friendliest people I have ever known in my life. Anthony and Ace are also friendly but they get annoyed very easily. I mean they don't tend to surround themselves with overbearing people. At least now I can actually say that this year I got serious back up when I need it. My morning classes were all the same, just a bunch of notes and quizzes. It's fourth period and then its lunch. I'm sitting here patiently waiting for that bell to ring so I can leave. Like magic my wish is answered and I make my way to the cafeteria. On my way over there Anthony and Caesar saw me and we walked together.

Anthony: "Well Moonlight, long time no see."

Caesar: "For real, Gorgeous. What you've been up too?" 

(Y/N): "Nothing much Honey Bun. Trying not to raise hell for right now."

Anthony: "Sounds fun."

(Y/N): "You have no idea Shadow."

They all laugh as they reached the cafeteria. They stand in the lunch line waiting to get lunch. About, five minutes later the others joined us for lunch. It was filled with good memories and endless joke. Virgil then walked up behind me and hugged me. Surprised at first but happy to know he was able to get a minute away from Frieda. I scooted over so he could sit next to me. Totally forgot that the other two didn't know who Virgil was and I quickly introduced them to him. They got along great, yet something was bugging me. Like someone was upset with me for something I most likely didn't do. I begun to look around to soon make eye contact with no one other than Frieda. I know she's up to something because of the huge grin on her face. I can't afford to get in trouble right now. I know she's planning something but I don't know when she is going to execute her plan. After about five minutes of trying to figure out Friedas plan, lunch was over and it's time to head to our next period. 

(Y/N) Thoughts

"I don't know what you are planning Frieda, but I going to be ready for you."

Back to (Y/N) POV

A couple of days had passed since I expected Frieda to proceed with her plan to make my life a living hell. Yet, she's done nothing, I mean absolutely nothing. I'm happy that she gave up but it's not sitting right with me. She finally gave up on sitting next to Virgil, so I'm back in my old spot. But, she's now sitting next to Mikey. I hope he's smart enough not to make friends with her. Class is now over and I'm heading to my locker for my next period books.

In the Hallway at (Y/N) locker....

I opened my locker and grabbed my next period books. Suddenly my locker is slammed shut by Frieda. Boy I wasn't too happy to see her face any longer than I had already seen in first period. She got closer to me with a huge grin on her face.

Frieda: "Hey (Y/N), how you've been"

(Y/N): "I'm fine, I have to go bye"

I tried to walk past her but she grabbed my arm and shoved me back into the lockers. I started to get heated, I don't like to be disrespected. 

Frieda: "No your not going anywhere (Y/N). Unless you want your family get hurt. It would be all your fault." 

My rage levels raised beyond the point, but I was not going to let her the satisfaction of watching me get mad.

(Y/N): "Frieda, whatever it is you want leave my family out of it."

Frieda: "Oh right it's just you, your mother and your brothers. I'm sorry to hear what happened to your father."

(Y/N): "It doesn't take a genius to look up on the internet"

Frieda: "Shhhhhhh... (Y/N), wouldn't want one of your brothers to have the same faith as your father"

This girl standing in front of me just crossed the line beyond the point of return. Nobody, I mean absolutely nobody messes with my family. All of my self control snapped, my fist connected with her jaw. Frieda fell to the ground, at this point my mind went black. All I remember is getting pulled off of her by Anthony. Ace and Jr. in front of me trying to calm me down. Jordan, Mikey, Caesar, and Tobi are confused about what just went down. 

Ace: "Cupcake you need to calm down"

Jr: "Calm down sis. Come on we promised mom"

Even with them trying to calm me down. I was still full of rage and sadness. I was ready to take her out but a small voice in my ear brought me back to reality.

Anthony: "Moonlight snap out of it. She's not worth it. Nobody is worth making you mad or sad. Please calm down."

I started to relax and come back to my senses. I looked down at Frieda laying on the floor, her face brutally beaten, and scared. Still wrapped in Anthony's arms, I looked over to my right to see my brother's standing there with shock. My day got even worse when I saw Virgil standing next to them, with a confused look. I turned my head a little more to look at Anthony.

(Y/N): "Oh no. Shadow, what have I done."
