"Everyone's glad to have you back Kyler." Your history teacher greeted him as you both walked in. He nodded curtly and walked straight to his seat, you not too far behind.
"Now to begin class today, we'll be contin...." You zone out, already bored. Suddenly you get a feeling. A bad one.
I need to leave.
"Sir." You raise your hand. "I need to go to the restroom. It's urgent."
"Come right back." He waves you off. You nod and Kyler looks at you confused. You rush out the classroom and down the hall.
"T-Tendou Satori to the office immediately. Tendou Satori to the f-front office."
You froze. Sounded worried. Not good. You look out the window to see blue and red flashing lights. Your eyes widen as your heart rate accelerates.
Fuck. Fuck. Fuck. Fuck.
You look over to see Tendou turning a corner.
"Satori." You run over to him. He snaps his head over to you. He looks panicked. You point over to the window and glare.
"Ooooooh shiiiiit..." He whispers. He's breathing hard. You hear footsteps behind you. You both look and see Kyler running down the hall, looking out the window scared.
"What the hell." You seethe, glaring at Kyler. "Kyler I swear to god if you lied, I'm about to lose my shit."
"I-I didn't! I swear to god! I honestly have no idea what's going on." He tears up. "Please believe me."
"Cut the waterworks. We need to figure this out." You huff, highly annoyed. Who in the hell...
"You." Tendou points at Kyler. "Follow her and don't leave her sight. Cause if we figure out it was you, you're dead. On the spot."
"But you'll get caught.." He whispers.
"Well if you did snitch on him, it won't matter since he's already caught." You explain quickly. "But that doesn't matter. We need to go."
"Yeah..." Tendou mumbles, already walking towards the office.
"Nuh uh. You're going the wrong way." You sigh. The boys look at you confused.
"The office is this way?" Tendou tilts his head.
"Change of plans bitches!" You smirk and grab both of their hands. Tendou's face flushes as he stares at your intertwined hands. "I have a small feeling that whoever snitched, knows about me and Kyler. Y'know, protecting you and all that."
"Okay?"
"And I don't feel like going to prison lol." You snicker and start running towards the back exit of the school. Kyler stumbles and makes sounds of confusion while Tendou starts laughing, easily running with you.
"Take me wherever you want." You and Tendou laugh loudly, gaining the attention of the passing classroom. Loud alarms go off.
"Everyone stay inside your classroom! I repeat! Stay in. Your classroom! Or just stay out of the halls! There is a mentally unstable student on the loose! He goes by the name Tendou Satori! Stay away from him! He has spiked up red hair and red eyes!"
"Holy hell.... this is fun!" You giggle and keep running seeing all of the students staring through the class windows.
Tendou makes eye contact with someone in one of the classes. He smiles at him. Farewell friend!
"I'm s....soo kicked off the v-volleyball team!" Tendou laughs. You snicker.
"G-guys! Look!" Kyler shouts worriedly. You all look behind you to see 4 or 5 police officers running towards you. You let go of both of they guys hands and run faster.
"Sharp right.. A left, and there sh.... should be an exit." You pant. You all are sweating like crazy. But you have to keep running. If you even try and catch your breath for a second, you're caught.
"There should be.... an abandoned shed on c-campus.." You all turn right, never slowing down.
"B-behind the horse... place?" You huff, almost stumbling but quickly catching yourself. Tendou nods.
"They're g-gaining... on us!" Kyler screams.
"Almost out.." You squint. I'm gonna faint...
You finally take a left, leading you right next to the door.
"Kyler.. You k-know where the s-shed is?" You look over to him. He nods, not being able to form words anymore. "Then we split."
"I-I see.." Tendou nods. "They'll all most likely come for me so you both go... and I'll find a way.. t-to lose 'em.. I have more stamina, s-so I'll.. last longer."
"You better not get caught." You whisper. You all push the door a and continue running. "Kyler! Left!"
"O-Okay!" You and Kyler run left as soon as you make it outside. Tendou gets the hint and runs right. Luckily, Tendou was right and they all went after him.
Idiots.
You both continue running until you make it to the horse stables. You both stand there for a moment to catch your breath.
"We're almost there Kyler. We can't stop now. They'll probably send reinforcements after us." Kyler nods. "Luckily there are some spots the cameras can't reach so we'll use that to our advantage. All we gotta do is get there and wait."
"Someone's coming." Kyler say simply and grabs your hand. You both start running again. You heart burns. Your legs are numb. But all you could think about.
