Hi sorry for not updating in so long well here's the next chapter.

I woke up in my bed with Jake nowhere to be seen. The comforter was on the floor drenched in my own sweat, breathing hard. Getting up out of the bed I went to the bathroom and took a shower to wipe of the grim my sweat created. Looking at my stomach it was black and blue and hurt like it wa run over by a truck.

Getting dressed again I went into the bedroom to find a letter on the bed. Going over to the bed I opened the letter.

Jakes P.O.V

I was in my study doing some work I forgot to do when a guard came in. " Sir, sorry for the interruption but your parents have been murdered in their sleep." He said. What my parents can't be dead who would want to do this.

Who ever did this is in for a world of pain. " Who did this?" I said slowly emphasizing every word.

Cerine's P.O.V

I went down the hall going towards Jakes study when I was grabbed from behind and knocked out; by being hit on the head.

Jake's P.O.V

I was in my study for an hour at least before I decided to wake Cerine up. Going into the hall I saw the furniture messed up like someone was trying to attack another. Everything was out of placed. The smell of rouges were all over the place.

I ran to our room hoping that Cerine was ok.

When I got their she was no where to be seen. I followed her sent right to where the rouges were.
