Some Unpleasant Moments

All four of us were sitting in my room.
Jyugal was looking at a vague distance to outside the window.
Maybe he was watching people outside who are still enjoying the bonfire. Sid and Hardil are still processing whatever Jyugal just said.

Me--"So... You are saying.. that...
Trisha is...She is married?"

Jyugal moved his face around and nodded.

Siddharth was looking for something to say to him but the entire situation was very heavy.

Me--"Did you talk to her?? "

Jyugal--"hai hi kya baat karneka? She doesn't even know that I like her".

Hardil--"Chalo ek baat to confirm hai ki you like her".

Sid--" par ab kya faida..Jaggu...mood off mat kar please."

Jyugal smiled.
All of us got bit startled by it.

Jyugal--"you think I am sad because I found out that the girl I like is married??".

All the three--"TOH???"

Jyugal--" sab k sab chutiye ho gaye ho kya??? Maine kya bataya abhi abhi?"

Hardil--"Kya?"

He sat on the bean bag releasing a big sigh.

Jyugal--" I somehow felt like, her husband is abusive, bad, I can't even imagine that for a girl like her who is always cheerful and happy, has a abusive husband".

Hardil--"But even if w know about that... What can we do? It's her personal matter".

Jyugal--"Arey.. Dost hai.. can't we help her?? "

Sid--" I know Jaggu but, how are we supposed to help her? It will be very awkward if we ask her anything" .

Jyugal--" I know but...."

Me--"I'll ask her".

Everyone moved their attention to me.

Me--" I feel like I have that bond with her to ask personal matters.. don't worry. I'll do it".

Jyugal smiled. He knows if anyone can ask her , it's me.
