Stealthily, she treads through the brushed meadow where many lushes trees have crackled down through the twirling fire. At least that is how Eliathem expected the wounds to have appeared on the lively, yet now lifeless torsos of the saplings. Eliathem feels alone because she is the only one who knows the truth, therefore, she is the only one who sees the truth. Everyone is in a state of happiness, but not true happiness because everyone is stuck in one day. Eliathem goes about her day trying to find a way to save everything.

She has had many unexpected visions that have told and shown her the deaths of many entrapped souls, the troubled dreams of the people about to become soulless. No one ever knows, because everyone lives in a world where they only see what they want to see, everyone sees the same thing because it is all in their aspirations. Eliathem is the only one outside that dream but can be seen by others. These visions are how she knows the day does not become yesterday and that there is never a tomorrow. No one knows about their past.

These visions are not the only thing that has told her the truth, she already knew that everything was corrupted. There is one vision that she wants which will give her the truth about how this world has occurred in such discord. All she wants is the truth. Eliathem thinks about how this world was meant to be and not how it ended up to be. The gruesome deaths of all those that have lost their souls and their purpose in life is dreadful and appalling and is unfortunate that she is the only one who ever sees it.

There is only one person that takes an interest in Eliathem, and that is her grandfather, Grandpa Fred.

"Eliathem, Eliathem. Where are you Eliathem? I have grand news to share with you", called Grandpa Fred.

Eliathem was always hiding, well more thinking in the wicked forest of more signs of death from the ingrown seedlings.

Eliathem heard the tugging sounds of her Grandfather. She jumped down from the sleeping tree and rushed rapidly to outside the cavern walls, which was where she usually heard Grandfather Fred shout for her to come. Eliathem never wanted to let her Grandfather know she was in the charred forest. He would always say how cynical it was for her to be wandering around there. However, it was the only stifling place that gave her more understanding and truth to what the world was actually. Eliathem would never tell anyone, not fully knowing how they would react or if they would even listen or believe. So, she plans in her mind on her own every single day.

"Yes Grandpa Fred, I heard you call, I am sorry for taking too long. I was just....um...cleaning up the leaves behind the house", Eliathem mumbled suspected.

"Oh, that is wonderful. But you must get dressed formally, we are going to a ball", Grandpa Fred gallantly announced.

"Why bother going? They are nothing but old troubled dances made for the rich, who are truly desperate and lonely inside, to make them feel better about themselves. Whether it is about their gown, or about their way of talking. It seems quite horrid to take part in this brutal event", Eliathem bluntly yet carelessly threw out of her mouth.

"Oh come on, it will be fun, maybe you can find a way to make a good impression, instead of hiding in the mud all day on your own. Now go get ready. We will leave after you are done", Grandfather Fred Graciously replied.

There was always something she found courageously about her Grandfather and by how much he is enticed by these balls. He never shared much, which is most likely because no one knows about their past or even has one here. But Grandpa Fred loved to talk to his granddaughter, Eliathem. Even though they saw the world differently, she knew she could still sit and talk to her humble Grandfather.

At the ball, Fred went to go talk to the riddles, which is the word Eliathem would use to call rich and formal people because to her they never made any sense. Not that anything ever made complete sense to Eliathem. During the ball, all she would do was sit and try to enjoy the prolonged music portrayed at every one of these events. Nothing good was found here. However, it is not simply that she felt that this was taking forever because time is standing still, but that she had to hear the stabbing voices of all the young and selfish people talk to one another as if they were better than everyone else. It was antagonizing, but what was she to do. She was one mind and had no one else that went through this day. She was alone. Being at a ball with everyone from the village made her feel more alone because she could easily see the difference between herself sitting in the darkest corner and that everyone else danced and talked the tireless night away. Most of the time Eliathem felt proud and so special because she felt chosen to hold these secrets. However, since she knows the truth, she is an outsider and that makes her wish she never was chosen.

While Eliathem tried to feel engaged, something with a slight shiver and a holy sense scratched her back and hugged her tightly. Eliathem felt like she could not move or even breathe. Then a blaring tornado of ghostly, black mists of breath glided and salvaged through her throat. Then she felt as if she was inside a dream. This was a vision. This was usually how every one of her visions would be introduced, but Eliathem never remembered how she entered into the vision. The only thing she knew about was that the way she entered her visions would sometimes have one small detail to what was the state of her vision. For example, scratching.

Once her mind was united with her fruitless vision, the life and death feeling was gone and she was seeing many disturbing figures of people encased in a glass room. They were making stretched faces and witch-like hands scratching the air. They could not move. Everyone she touched with her eyes was in a paralyzed state. Then Eliathem finally realized that these people are people she has seen in the village. Eliathem figured that these deathly-eyed were how everyone was truly and that this is the true state of every soul. Caged and trapped. She could not see herself there. She put that aside though. Then before going into actual detail about the situation and the message of this vision. Eliathem was dragged out of there with no answers. Except for how everyone was fit into this world.

She now was expecting another vision to explode very soon. In any way, it may arrive...
