Today was my 15th birthday and I cannot wait to have a little barbecue with my family. Normally at the barbecue I get little gifts but even though they're little they're awesome. Even Vic and his friends take time out of there day to be nice to me. I've gotten gifts from them before. They were small but they were the best gifts ever. I put my bathing suit on under my dress and got on my bike then left to go meet Bev at the diner. It was just a red one piece so it would do. I waited for her to get there and then we were off. When we walked up we heard Billy.
B: Alright whose first?
BM: I'll go. Sissy's.
R: What the fuck!
Y/N: Alright boys move so I can get this done and over with.
I ran and jumped the boys were saying something inaudible and quite frankly taking to long for my liking. So Beverly yelled up at them.
BM: Come on!
Ben waved down at us then they jumped in.
We started to have a splash fight and then the guys and Bev played some chicken while I sat back and hung out with Stan and Eddie. I was watching them until someone grabbed me by my waist and threw me into the water. When I was at the surface I saw Stan laughing then I went after him. Me being the weakling I am got thrown again. We swam to a different place and the boys got startled by something. Turns out it was just a turtle. After many splash fights and a few games of chicken we decided it was time to get out and dry off. We were listening to some music while the boys were sitting on some rocks and me and Bev were laying on our towels. I was laying on my back and Bev was on her stomach I noticed that they were all staring at us.
Y/N: Take a picture boys it'll last longer.
They all looked away and Richie started to look through Bens backpack.
R: News flash Ben schools out for summer.
BH: Oh that. That's not school stuff.
Richie continued to look through it until he took out what looked to be a postcard.
R: Who sent you this?
BH: No one!
Ben pulled it from Richies hands and put it back in it's rightful place. Richie then he pulled out some more papers.
R: What's with the history project?
BH: Oh well when I first moved here I didn't really have anyone to hangout with. So I just started spending time in the library.
R: You went to the library? On purpose?
Me and Bev got up and walked over.
BM: I wanna see.
S: What's the Black Spot?
R: the Black Spot was a night club that was burned down years ago by that racist cult.
S: Wait what?
B: Y-Y-Y-Y-Your hair...
BH: Your hair is beautiful Beverly.
BM: Oh right thanks.
R: Here pass it. Why is it all murders and missing kids?
BH: Derry's not like any town I've ever been in before. They did a study once and it turns out people die or disappear 6 times the national average.
BM: You read that?
BH: That's just the grownups kids are worse. Way worse. I've got more stuff if you wanna see it.
Eddie shook his head and this was my cue to leave. If I were to be gone any longer Vic would put a hit out on my ass.
Y/N: Actually I've gotta go it's my birthday and me and my family are having a barbecue and besides if I'm out even a second past curfew Vic will send out a search party.
R: Really
Y/N: Yes really you remember what happened last time Beverly. After you left he carried me to the car and sat me in the back with Patrick. I'm not about to go through that again. I'm really sorry Ben but I'll catch up with you guys later.
With that I put my dress and shoes on then left. I finally got there and looked at my watch 4:00 on the dot. Then I walked into the house.
V: Right on time short stack.
Y/N: Is there a reason you have to call me that?
V: Yes.
Y/N: Well could you tell me why.
V: Because your short.
Y/N: And your a dick.
V: Choose your words right Y/N.
Y/N: Why should I?
V: Because Henry, Belch, and Patrick are right in the other room.
Y/N: Where are Aunt Sherry and Uncle Danny?
V: Out getting some things for the barbecue. They asked me to watch you.
At that moment I tried to run to my rom but Vic tackled me to the ground and I kept struggling. He couldn't get a tight grip on me so he did the next best thing.
V: Patrick!
P: What Vic?
V: Help me get her to the living room.
P: Alright no need to get your panties in a bunch.
He picked me up and threw me over his shoulder. Seriously what is it with people doing that.
Y/N: Patrick you idiot put me down right now!
P: No no your gonna spend some quality time with us and you'll like it.
Y/N: I highly doubt that.
I kept trying to get up but Patrick pulled me back down.
P: Vic if she doesn't stop moving I'm gonna bound her with my bandanna.
V: Go ahead maybe she'll learn.
P: Come on princess you heard him give me your hands.
Y/N: No!
P: Don't make this more difficult.
Y/N: I'm not I'm simply refusing to you tying me up.
P: Oh kitten if I wanted you tied up we wouldn't be down here.
Y/N: Perv!
P: Oh I know.
He tied my hands together with one bandanna and tied my legs up with the other.
Y/N: You know your all a bunch of pricks. Belch your the one that's supposed to get me out of these situations.
RBH-Reginald 'Belch' Huggins
RBH: And risk getting my ass kicked hell no
Y/N: Ugghhh!! Can I at least go to my room?
V: Yeah sure Patrick carry her up there
Y/N: No no I would rather have Henry carry me up there and that's sayin something.
V: What's the matter with him.
Y/N: He's your friend you should know how he is.
V: Oh he's fine. You want to go to your room right?
Y/N: Yeah.
V: Than it's either Patrick carries you up there or you don't go up there at all.
Y/N: Fine but I swear Patrick if you try anything when I get out of these you'll be sorry you ever even touched me.
P: No promises.
Once he carried me up he took the bandanna off my ankles. Then he pushed me against the wall.
P: Ya know I don't appreciate the things you say about me.
Y/N: I-I uhh...
P: I may be a psychopath but I'm crazy about you kitten. You drive me absolutely mad and you don't even know it. Your different from the other girls your real. Your mine and no one else's got it.
All I could do was shake my head yes I was to shocked to even move. The psychopath of Derry, Maine had just claimed me as his own. What the fuck does he mean I'm real. He had almost closed the gap between us before he backed away and undid the bandanna around my wrists. After a few hours of laying down and taking a nap I heard Aunt Sherry and some other family members down stairs including my baby cousin June. I ran down the stairs and as soon as I saw her I took her from my Aunt. You see when June was a newborn I had to raise her like my own until her mother could get back on track. I still consider her like my own. I felt eyes on me and I looked around the room until my eyes landed on Patrick I looked down. He new what he was doing and he wasn't gonna stop until I cracked. After we ate it was time for presents. I got some clothes from my mom and dad, some jewelry from my Aunts and Uncles, and a new pair of combat boots from Vic. Patrick got me a lighter, Henry got me a switchblade, and Belch got me a pair of high tops.
