Bad news - good news

Kage gone thrue many fields of modern diagnostics, after week of being in hospital, doctors had very bad news for boy "You might want to call for brother, young man." Joshu was already witing for few hours to this moment of truth "So what is it?" doctor handed him document... "Brain Cancer? Kage, we'll go thrue it. At most." Kage was left off home, he could only come for checkups. He akcepted his fate "I will make it to formal duel. It's only 4 months." Jashu thought hardly how to delay it's progress, but only magic came to mind "I can heal you once a week. It's not much, but will buy us time, and you won't be suffering as now."

Albrun Arghoul isn't showing up for interviews, it's because his plan is in motion. World dominated as close it can be. Many politicians happen to be changelings by birthright. Now completly under his control. By having advisors of humans in power, he could direct new course. But to control so much creatures, he has to become hybrid.

Skin developing scales all over, for now faint, but getting stronger. Eyes changed shape to more animalistic, pupils to slits, once red eyes turned bright blue, almost pale. Ears pointed in fine shape. Horns curved inside and outside to the tip in bright white bone. Teeth sharp permanently, face still changing it's shape. Hair grew longer and stronger, no blade could cut them. Human hands turned into something between human and dragon paw, keeping four fingers, while fifth inverted to back of wirst. Legs of a beast, powerful and clawed. Tail sprouting out, causing endless suffering for immortal creature, bonding by bodies. Moanings of extreme pain could be heard for days. At this point Albrun cast himself to slumber, to just not be bother, no one should be wirried for him. For this time Luka and Umbrafire are at lead. Couple grew fast, they looked like adults due to faster growth, leading to hunger. Many people from mental asylums was taken in, just to be served as food. Those places filled up faster than prisons. 

Adrien was quite a nerd to technology lately, Nino helped building and upgarding his prostetic hand, it worked on thougts command, just as intended but oryginal creators couldn't do it.  Nino and Alya engaged secretly, it's not like thier families could have a problem with it, but they was still too young for this kind of promises. But who knows what this world will bring next day. Adrien actualy saved Chloe from Luka in his monster form, hungry and out of mind. Adrien sareficed prostetic to save his childhood friend. That's when pain brought Luka to mind, tripped some random person walking from job to home, and took her alive, climbing between dark alleys. Chloe is still in traumatic state.

Monks came to visit Weng, domanding to hand over remaining miraculous gems, he wasn't worthy. They had to take it away as long as Ladybug earring was inside. Too bad for them, Weng his Ladybug Earrings, Money, Pegasus, Snake and Bee Miraculous. As he thought, monks couldn't evade sent changelings to get miraculous box at all costs. At destination wagon was empty.

Monks are kept alive, just waiting for right time to dine on them, in right time. No prayers can save them from cruel fate. Box waited for it's new master awakening. Albrun woke up hungry as never before, he could even eat internal organs to make this feeling disappear "Bring one fleshbag to sacreficial alter." his steps was silent, yet powerful, tail swisched black onyx floor, servants didn't dared to look at thier master in fear, Mari welcomed her father with strapped to alter monk, eyes already taken out, prepared for consumption as appetiser. She left room, telling servans to do thier duties. Blood freezing screames of victim rang  thrueout the fecility in void. Finely Albrun felt better, stained with blood, looking at his body in mirror. He was still not done. Face lacked scales, was it trait given by demon, to keep at least one human thing in his appearience? Doubts began filling his mind, was his plan right for this worls, this time? Mirror shined with red, showing someone waiting to be answered, it was young samurai. Arghoul decided to not be afrid of new body, he could be more intimidating this way. "Accept call."

Joshu prepared for this enough, but did he really? "Well, who calls at this late hour you your world?" Young adult froze for a second before getting his mind back "Am I that ugly, am I?" Joshu wasn't prepared to see blood over, and changed to no end opponent "I expected nothing more than monster anwering my call. Kage has lethal illness, I insist on making duel faster." Albrun scrached mirror and showed to be feared of "You can't domand that. But I can heal your brother, in return for one city or villige to raid for fleshbags." Joshu cringed but thought of his brother being able to fight... "Choose town as you like, how can you heal my brother?" Albrun went thrue the mirror to void garden "Bring him here and you'll see." Jashu hurried for Kage, all he could do was to carry him to destination. He set younger brother on grass and backed away. He could've done collosal mistake letting his enemy heal only family left.

Rose came in and used her powers. Grass lit up bright red, growing and swallowing Kage "What are you doing? Stop! I changed my mind!" grass exploded revealing Kage with floral pattern on his chest, Rose and Juleka helped getting up. Of course they was wearing carnival masks. Kage woke up sore, but feeling better. Girls walked into shadow portal, as Albrun went into mirror, Joshu inly saw tail sliding in before it gone up in smoke into nothingness "Kage, do you feel different?" he touched pattern, it was scar "At least it's something light... What happen?" Joshu broke out crying "I thought I lost you." brothers hugged, but Kage' eyes flickered with green, he didn't wanted to worry him as he was already devastated "I'm alright."

Later that day in TV...

(Norrisville is real place OMFG) "News from across the world, entire town of Norissville collapsed in what looks like forming volcano. All people disappeared, no one evacuated in time, where could they be gone? We may never know." Adrien dropped his cup of tea from shock. 

Joshu knew where they've gone. Into void of evil lord. Kage understood sacrefice behind his healing "All those poeple died for me? That's not fair at all." Joshu was already jugdged by his past self "I should've let you die than? We are fighting together, nothing can change that."
