I park my car once I arrive at the park, I grab my notebook and pen and I get out of my car.
I see andrew sitting at a table by himself. I go over and sit across for him. "Missed me already" he says implying more than asking. "You know I can't stand it when we're apart" I say going along with it. He looks down at the notebook that I brought with me "what's that for, writing me ticket for looking to good?" We both smile " since we're going to be sharing a cabin for a week we're gonna need rules" After 20 minutes we finally agree on three simple rules 1.no getting lovey dovey 2. We split all the bills 3. No backing out of dare "Okay we're leaving tommorow so don't forget to pack, we're taking your car so don't forget to put gas in it before picking me up" I laugh a little realizing we have a small inside joke "Okay I will, be ready when I pick you up" he rolls his eyes We walk to his car when a elderly woman ask if we could take a picture of her and her husband. I take the picture and hand her phone back to her, "oh young love" me and Andrew look at each other and can't help but laugh "oh we're not-" I get cut off by the ladies phone ringing, she says thank you for taking her picture and she walks off to answer her phone. Me and Andrew get in the car and buckle out seats "wow she really thought we were a couple" I say still laughing "I'm offended that she thinks I'd lower my standards that much" he says making a face like he's hurt "hahaha" I say being sarcastic We pull up to my house and we say bye. I go inside and start packing for tommorow. I pick so many clothes that I need three luggages, hopefully Andrew won't mind. My phone starts ringing and it's a face time call from Alice, I zip up my suitcase and go to answer the phone. "Why didn't you answer my texts?!" "I'm sorry I didn't realize you texted I was out with Andrew" she smirks at me, Alice always wanted me and Andrew to go out together. I roll my eyes and say "well we're going to have to spend a week together so might as well get used to it. What did you have to tell me?" "Well Alex asked me out, and you know I don't want to be in a relationship, and I don't want to lead him on" "well its up to you, but we both know y'all really care about each other, but if you don't make it exclusive he's gonna start dating other people." I hate to see Alice sad but I know Alex is good for her. She says she's going to ask him if he wants to be in a relationship together tommorow and we hang up the phone . I set an alarm on my phone so I can wake up before Alex comes to pick me up. I get a text message from Andrew telling me goodnight, kind of weird because we don't really text each other goodnight but I guess he's trying to be nice since we'll be stuck together. I tell him goodnight and that I can't wait to see him tomorrow, obviously being sarcastic. I wonder if this vacation will make us closer together? I always hang out with him And I know a lot about him but I don't really know him. I close my eyes and go try to go to sleep so I don't accidentally sleep through my alarm for in the morning. I keep tossing and turning randomly remembering the shower incident. I try to forget about it and start thinking of Alice asking Alex to be official. I'm so happy that there finally going to be together. I close my eyes and slowly drift off to sleep.
