chapter 3

-minatos POV-

"You minato nazimake are here by stripped of your title as the fourth hokage and you will not get anything, not the nazimake resident the fortune or anything. As I looked at the 3rd with shook "what did I do!?"
"You forgot did you!!!" He yelled.
"YOU LET THE NINE TAILS GO AND MANY FAMILYS LOST FAMILY!!!"
I looked at him, what I never did that I helped keep the NINE tails at bay.
Then kushina came holding naruto, "kushina. . I don't know what happened I didn't. ."
"SHUT UP YOU ALMOST RISKED MINE AND NARUTOS LIFE BECAUSE YOU WERE SELFISH!!!!" As she yelled I saw her coming arm swinging back to punch me "KUSHINA LI-"

As I woke up in a cold sweat I saw something fly out of the window I was a light sleeper and the stress of going back as the hokage was finally getting to me so I woke up after the nightmare. Thank god that was a nightmare i thought but just imagine if i really did do that and hurt kushina the villagers and . . Naruto. I shuddered as I thought about what kushina would do. As I got up I saw naruto get out of bed and walk out of the house with something in his hand. Once he went out I saw him sit down and start singing *que music*

-Narutos POV-

When I started singing I instantly felt at peace and started to relax me and sasuke have been working on that song for all the years that we have been gone, all though we have never heard what we both sound like together (only one voice at a time and if they were blended in it's only one at a time) then as I finished the song I turned and saw my dad smiling and when he noticed me he clapped "that sounded great did you write that?"
"Um yeah me and sasuke wrote it while we were gone but we have never heard are voices together"
"Well I bet when you get back and sing together you will be amazing"
"Thanks dad"
"Oh also what's in your hand?"
"Oh a note sasuke wrote me"

-minatos POV-

"Could I see it" i asked.
"Sure"
As he passed it to me I read it, it said
Dear Naruto,
How are you me and my family are doing good I can't wait for you and your parents to come back, also how is obito doing I know he can be kinda annoying but he's strong and brave. Just remember that me and the village are extremely excited to see you. Also some new things are, hinata and kiba are dating, shikamaru and choji have been super excited for your return, itachi has been promoted to an anubu captain, lord 3rd has been getting his paper work done faster so he has time to greet you and lord 4th and finally kurenai and asuma got married and konahamaru (sorry if I spelled it wrong) has been talking to hanabi.

(ps: I got a surprise for you when you come home and no it's not ramen)

When I looked over the note I laughed a little and then realized that before we got home we needed to get kurenai and asuma a wedding present. I also chuckled a little because that means that the 3rd homage has been doing his paper work on time. "Hey, Dad"
"Yeah Naru" I quietly laughed when I saw that narutos cheeks puffed out in anger he always hated when me or anyone calls him that.
"Well are you scared to go back"
"I-im not really but I'm a little nervous, why do you ask?"
"Well I'm kinda scared to go back because what if they have forgotten about me and what if they don't like me anymore"

-3rd person POV-

Minato walked towards naruto and put a hand on his shoulder. "Naruto I want you to know that, i don't think any of your friends have forgotten about you, sure they might have forgotten about some things you like but don't worry and if it's any better you know that sasuke still likes you and she hasn't forgotten you."
While naruto looked at his blonde dad he felt comfortable and started to believe his father.
"Thanks dad"
"No problem but just one more thing" minato started to walk away and was close to the door but stopped and said "remember to always talk when you have something on your mind, me and your mom are good examples, I know shikamaru is a good one (if he isn't sleeping 😑), and also the crew (crew:kakashi, obito,rin) and also maybe stop picking fights with obito maybe ask obito to spare or train with you, because even though obito might be kinda dumb he is courageous and brave and strong and I know you think of him like a brother to"
And just like that minato walked into the bunker not seeing his brunette and silver haired male student standing looking shocked at seeing minatos son run up and hug obito and apologize multiple times. But the one person who also saw the whole thing was kushina uzamaki who was giving her husband a big hug.
