First Person

I felt the ground beneath me become nonexistent as I tumbled on some leaves, before I coukd even get on my feet I felt Mono take my hand as he hoisted me up,we heard the door slam open as a bang was heaed and the fence was shot down, we immediate began running ducking behind a few boxes or so until we his in a small hole in the ground, we sat there holding our breaths as we heard the hunter walk by before walking away

We looked at eachother for abit before we got out of the hole and continued walking srill holding eachothers hand, we quickly hid in some tall grass as we watched the hunter shine his light around in an attempt to find us, as we reached halfway a bird suddenly flew causing the hunter to snap in our direction as i felt Mono push me back as he hit the ground

We stayed like that for abit befpre the light moved on, we both let out a sigh of relief before I looked up at him and noticed our position, he basically had me pinned down to the grass as I felt my face heat up, he immediately got off scratching the back of his paper bag nervously as we both akwardly laugh, he took my hand again and led us across the tall grass until we both saw a small hole by a tree as we looked at eachother

The hunter was facing the other way as we both immensely stood up and ran, the hunter turned to us as i felt the light on us almost blinding me, we quickly slid inside as we heard a gunshot causing a faint ringing in my ear as Mono led me deeper inside as the hunter shot into the small hole nearly getting me and Mono as we quickly make our way to the other side

We climbed out and walked along a dirt path as we saw a broken wooden bridge, Mono saw the rope that tied everything together as he walked over and pulled it causing it to lift up slightly "Sev, go" Mono said as i nodded, i took a few steps back before i ran forward and jumped landing on the other side, once I was there Mono let go as it fell, I turned back and held my hand out for him as he looked at it skeptically "come on I can catch you" i said smiling as he reluctantly takes a few steps abcl before running forward and jumping, i catch him and pull him up with abit of effort

I smiled as i stood up "there, see? Not so bad" i said and he chuckled "i guess not" he said as he reached for my hand before for some reason stopping himself, i look at him confused before i smiled and gently took his hand, we both walked down the path again passing a few cages until we came across a small cliff

I crawled down and looked to my left as I saw the hunter, I bit my lip as I looked at him "im gonna go first okay?" I said as he nodded, i turned back and waited for the right moment before i jumped off and ran, i heard Mono soon follow after me as i heard a few gunshots behind me, i turned and saw Mono acting almost like a distraction as he ducked behind a box catching all of the hunters attention, i quickly went to the side of the small wooden shack as i climbed up quickly hearing Mono behind me as i pulled myself inside the building

I ran across a wooden plank and turned and saw Mono going in aswell, he carefully made his way across the wooden plank, but once he was about half way there it collapsed under his weight as he jumped and reached his hand out, i immediately jump forward and reach my hand out aswell as I caught him

I began pulling him up once the door slammed open revealing the hunter as i held his hand and we began running barely dodging the bullets that grazed my side as I winced feeling some blood leak out, atleats it wasn't that bad

We jumped through a small window and slid down a wooden roof as we both fell into the swamp, we immediately surfaced as i had a mini panic, this reminded to much of the maw, feeling the hand barely graze against my foot as I swam through the water for my life, almost falling into the water if it wasn't for the fact that i was stong enough to push the TV down, the dream-

I felt myself getnpulled into a small crevice under the dock as Mono pulled me in once the door burst open as we held our breath, we heard the hunter walk along the dock as his light shone on the swamp barely missing us as i felt Mono take my hand in his and squeeze it tightly, we stayed there for abit before we heard the hunter walk away as we let out a sigh of relief, we exit it and swim along the swamp

We went under the dock as we watched the hunter shine his flashlight on the water, once it was gone we swam, the hunter turned the flashlight back at us as i felt Mono duck my head down with me letting out a small noise of protest before we swam, we surfaced behind a tree stump as i gasped out and heard the hunter move to another part as Mono pat my head "justa bit more okay?" He whispered as i nodded very much not liking being in the water

We came across a small island as Mono gestured for me to follow him as we climbed on it, he began pushing a dead log as i bit my lip and soon followed him, it took awhile but we managed to push it down immediately catching the hunter's attention as hentook my hand and we both jumped back in the water and hid behind the log, we went to the edge as we swam down making sure the water covered us as we swam, it was abit longer and I was glad when we sirfaced for air, we xlimbed on another island and climbed up a ladder as we continued to push forward

We came across a cliff as we looked to the side and saw the hunter walking around still shining the light around in an attempt to find us, we hopped down and crouched as we tried to sneak by some birds again

But one of them noticed us and flew away as the hunter turned to us, we immediately hind behind the box as he shot it to pieces, we his behind a second box as i ran towards the house, i heard the box shatter as Mono ran up to the house aswell, i pushed the door open as Mono ran inside, i immediately shut the door behind us, i locked it as i heard a loud thimp behind me as i turned and saw Mono had brought the shotgun down

I ran over and went to the opposite end as I carried the heavy shotgun and pointed it at the door where the hunter was breaking in and where his head was now poking in, i heard Mono groan as he gut up and helped me lift it

before i could even process what was happening I felt my back collide with the floor and a ringing filled my ears...
