SATURDAY MORNING. You were joggled awake because of the rays of sunlight that somehow managed to seep through the blinds that you had worked so hard on closing.

Seems like that didn't work.

You raise your arms up in the air and stretch them for some odd reason, eyes still closed because you weren't ready to face the brightening light that came into your room. It was no use for you to keep your eyes shut, so you opened them and had a hard time adjusting to the lights.

You grabbed your phone that was resting on top of your bedside table. You pressed the power button and was greeted by the shining light that emitted from your phone's lock screen. It was a picture of you and Miya on your first date. A soft smile appeared on your face as you let out a small hum. You swiped your screen upwards and typed your password.

As you unlocked your phone, you opened the Wi-Fi icon and after a few seconds, you were bombarded with notifications from your social media. You ignored them all and went to your messages to see who messaged you.
