~Mad World~ (Tears For Fears Curt x Roland)

Roland park's the car in the driveway of him and Curt's home. before they told the truth to Manny had questioned before why Curt and Roland live together. Every time they'd both say that they were "Room mates" until Manny figured it all out on his own. they would both deny his claims about them being in a relationship until one night out of peer pressure, admitted that he was in a relationship with Roland to Manny. to his surprise Manny was very supportive of them However, He would make a few gay joke's around them to make Curt angry Because Manny thought it was funny when Curt was angry.
Roland and Curt left the car and went inside their house, Holding hand's like always, Curt goes to their room and throw's his suitcase on to the bed. He sat down on the bed and stared at the wall thinking about Roland's muscles out all the thing's
Meanwhile, Roland was looking out the window that was above the kitchen sink. He thought of the Mad World video they filmed a few month's back, And Curt standing at that window like he was right now. He remembered they had to film the part over 15 time's because Curt kept laughing at his dancing, And he kept looking up at the window because he thought Curt looked beautiful that day, more then usual. From his blue sweater to his doughey eye's he looked absolutely beautiful.
"Hey Curt! Get out here!" Roland called from the kitchen. Curt got off the bed and ran out to the kitchen to see Roland wearing a backpack and putting something in his pant's pocket. "What's all this Roly?" Curt ask's looking Roland up and down. "who knows?" Roland grab's Curt's hand "let's go have some fun, just me and you, No Manny, No Ian, Just us"
Curt grin's at Roland "Im down" Roland grinned back. "lets go then." Roland pull's Curt out the door and down the sidewalk. "Um Roland what about the Car?" Curt ask's
"We don't need it Curty, We will go wherever the streets take us"
Curt was Extremely happy right now. He's never seen Roland this full of life, He usually was always down and quiet to anyone but him. It was a nice change for once.
Curt started to run at the same pace as Roland so he wasn't pulling him. They still held hand's, This moment felt as magical as when they both had their first kiss. The cool winter air hitting their face, the beautiful star's, the sound of the car's going by them. It was definitely a beautiful moment.
Roland and Curt run down their street, And end up on the Main Street of Bath. They pass all of the bar's and shop's that were in the street.
Manny was sitting outside at one of their bar's, Drinking a bottle of Jack Daniel's. He noticed Curt and Roland holding hands running down the sidewalk. He knew it was them by their outfits. "Those crazy kid's."he thought to himself.
Roland turned left onto Claverton Down Rd. Curt had an idea where Roland where he was taking him, Their old high school.
His thought's were right when he saw the sign "Ralph Allen high school."
Roland pulled him into the campus of the school and he looked around. "Nothing has changed at all" Curt say's looking at the building.
Roland look's back at Curt and smiles at him. "Well it's only been 3 year's" Roland responded happily. Roland let's go of Curt's hand and Ran over to the front of the school while motioning Curt to follow him.
Curt shrugged and followed him. He forgot how fast Roland was, So it was quite hard to keep up with him.
Roland eventually stopped at a tree that was next to the wall of the school. When Curt got closer to him, Roland turned around pointed at something on the tree. Memories started to flood back, As he saw a heart with C + R. He remembered the day after they got together, They went down to the school, And Roland carved that into the tree.
"It's amazing this is still here Roly" Curt say's admiring their mark on the tree.
"Yep you thought it was the cutest thing when I carved that."
Curt pulls Roland in for a hug, And hug's him tightly "still do" Curt whispered into Roland's ear.
Roland break's the hug and goes into his backpack and pull's out a knife. "This is the same knife, From when I originally carved that into the tree. I'm gonna add something.
Roland then stuck the knife into the tree, and started to write the date 1/20/83. And the two word's "Still together."
"Maybe we will come back in 20 year's and write on this tree again" Curt smiled.
Roland nod's and grin's "that's definitely going to happen Curt don't worry"
Curt blushed and wanted to hug Roland again but Roland was already starting to walk off.
Instead, Curt grabbed Roland's hand making Roland turn around.

"I like it when we hold hand's" Curt stutters blushing.

Roland smiled slightly and nodded.

The two men ran together off the school campus and back down the street leading to the Main Street of Bath. Both laughing happily and enjoying being with each other.
Roland lived in Bath most of his life, So he knew his way around Bath, So he didn't worry about getting Him and Curt lost.

After running down a few street's and up a hill. Curt realized again where Roland was taking him again.

The Sunflower field.

"Roland why are you taking me to all these place's?

"Because I love you"

Curt rolled his eye's, He appreciated Roland saying that he loved him but that's not what he asked.
Roland stop's pulling Curt when they arrived at the sunflower field.

"You obviously recognize where we are now" Roland asked quietly.

"Yep, sad that the flower's aren't as bloomed" Curt Responded.

"The happiest moment of my life was when we we were last here together. I want that to happen again, So I have something to ask you."

Roland pulled a ring box out of his pocket, And got on one knee he then opened the box.

"Curt Smith, Will you Marry me?
