2. Run

She was getting a little too close to the boys...

And he was getting jealous...

Maybe this wasn't the best idea...

The volleyball practice had finally ended and you could just go home. While the boys cleaned up the gym Mr. Oikawa had asked to speak with you.

"I'll see you on Monday. Don't stay up too late." He joked.

"Heh, I won't. Thank you." You said before you were gonna leave until you felt him grab your wrist.

You felt that, that was unnecessary. He could've just called out your name. You both were in the back of the gym. Kenma and Kuroo were waiting for you from afar on the other side of the gym.

"Don't get to close to those boys. You don't want them to break your heart and get in the way of your school work." He said bringing his face close to yours.

"I-uh- I won't. It was just one practice that I watched them play." You reassured him just wanting to leave.

"What about Kenma?" Mr. Oikawa asked.

You felt like his eyes were boring into your soul.

"I wouldn't worry about him. The only thing he's willing to date is his video games." You joked.

He let go of your wrist and backed away from you. You sighed in relief as he finally let you go. You ran over to the other side of the gym where Kenma and Kuroo were waiting.

"Hey are you and coach Oikawa dating or something? Why was he so close to your face?" Kuroo asked.

"Ha ha very funny." You said sarcastically. "But if you really wanna know, we're not dating and he in fact makes me uncomfortable. Which sucks because I only struggle with his class and I have to ask him for help a lot of times." You sighed digging through your bag looking for your phone. "Where the hell did I put it?" You asked yourself out loud.

"Looking for this?" Kuroo asked holding up your phone in his hand.

"Yes, thank you." You sighed in relief and tried to grab your phone from his hand but he pulled it away.

He was a lot taller then you and you were only y/h. (Sorry if your tall.)

"Come on give it back." You said jumping to try and grab your phone.

"You gotta reach it first." Kuroo laughed.

"Is this your way of flirting?" You asked jumping again but not being able to grab your phone. "Because its really not working." You added before you gave all the power you had in your legs and snatched your phone out of his hands.

Kuroo looked surprised. He didn't know that you could jump that high.

"Woah Kenma check it out. She's like that number 10 at Karasuno." Kuroo Said to Kenma nudging him in the shoulder as he was being in gulfed into his game.

"Let's just go." Kenma said softly and started to head out the gym without looking up.

Kuroo looked over at you and you shrugged. You three started to walk outside in the dark with only the street lights giving you guidance.

"When you mentioned Karasuno's number 10 earlier you meant Hinata, right?" You asked Kuroo.

"Oh yea. Why? How'd you know him?" Kuroo asked.

"I used to go to Karasuno." You said as you looked up at the sky and saw a few stars.

"Oh so you know Daichi and Tsukishima too, right?" Kuroo asked you as you three turned a corner.
