Nat's POV:

While Kellin Quinn was on the stage talking about how depressed he was throughout his life because of shitty relationships and family, I looked over at Brooke only to watch more and more tears start to form in her eyes. I could totally relate right then and there. We were feeling the feels big time. He started going on about how if someone doesn't treat you how a proper other half should treat you, don't settle for it. He then started to sing "Low".

Brooke was definitely able to relate to that song. She just got stood up by her boyfriend. She tried to do something sweet for him, and as usual got diddly squat for her effort. It really sucks. Worst part is, I don't even know what goes on when I'm not around. I just know there seems to be more scares and marks over her skin after they see each other.

I could kind of relate, too. My parents were barely ever around. They were always working for whatever reason. I had to take care of my siblings on my own, being the oldest. I had to grow up faster then anyone else at school or just anyone I met for that matter.

The song ended and Brooke completely broke down and cried. She was a wreck but still could manage a smile. That's the thing about her. She could cry for days straight but still find a reason to smile and be happy. She cared about everyone and loved everyone whether they deserved it or not. I knew she deserved someone better then that boy she was seeing. She deserved the world. She got herself together really quickly and stared dancing again.

A couple songs later, it was finally time for Pierce the Veil to come onstage. Everyone was totally silent, and all of the sudden, everyone started screaming when the beginning of "Hell Above" came on. Vic began to sing, and everyone sang along. He was so happy looking, and he looked directly at Brooke and me.

After he sang "Hell Above", the band disappeared for a few minutes. After that, Vic walked on with an acoustic guitar and asked for a girl to come up from the audience, onto the stage, and that girl was Brooke.
