Chapter 28 : Ram still care about priya

On the day of custody case hearing neha came to priya's house at the morning so shipra ji went to open the door for her..

Neha : Good morning aunty is priya ready yet i am going with her today

Shipra Ji : I am also wanted to come but she isnt allowing me

Just then priya came there with peehu

Priya : See na neha i am telling ma not to come with us today she is not even well from last few days her pressure also high..i dont know what will happen there today

Neha : But if you left her here alone she will be worried for you all the time..its better let her come with us i have my car so no problem

Peehu was there listening to everyone quitly but suddenly she asked

Peehu : Neha masi where are we going today..i have asked ma many times but she didnt answered

Neha : Wo peehu we are just going to meet your father you wanted to meet him na

Peehu : What really then we will have today for sure

Neha : oh okay

Then she left with peehu and shipra ji went after them

Priya was standing alone there then she went to pray to  god..

Priya in mind : God i never asked anything from you for myself but today i just wanted my peehu i just cant live without her..i know mr kapoor also deserves to be with her..but circumstances made situation really difficult for us peehu is my life i just wanted to be with her please god help me today

After they reached at the court peehu noticed ram there..so she ran to him

Peehu : Pa..

Ram : Are peehu my princess how are you ?

Peehu : I am alright pa..but pa i really missed you last two days

Ram : I missed you too but dont worry you dont have to miss me anymore because soon we will be together..

Ram said that while looking at priya..

Ayesha : Peehu do you remember me ?

Peehu : Yes aunty we have met at disney land right

Ayesha : Yes..you are looking really pretty today..look i have a chcolate for you..

Ram : Yes take it peehu this is for you

Then ayesha kissed on peehu's cheek

Priya just couldnt tolerate that so she called peehu..then take her inside the court

After ram's interrogation..his lawyer called priya at the witness box

Ram' Lawyer : So mrs kapoor ..oh sorry sorry miss sharma actually i am so confused what exactly i should call you.

Priya : You can call me priya sharma thats it

Ram's Lawyer : So miss priya sharma as far as i know you and mr kapoor arent divorced yet but you have been separated from her 6years back why

Priya : There is no definite reason we already filed for our divorce

Ram's lawyer : Okay then just tell me one thing 6years back why you suddenly left you husband...there must be some reasons right ?

Priya : I didnt left anyone

Ram's lawyer : You are lying mrs sharma you left him because you wanted to be with your ex husband thats why you cheated mr kapoor..you had an extra marital affiare

Priya : Now you are going to far...its wrong..

Ram's Lawyer : No its absolutely just think my lord a person who dont even know what to do with her life first she left her first husband then married to mr kapoor but suddenly she changed her mind and wanted to get back to her previous husband..here her mind and character both are so confusiong and questionable also..

Priya : Stop it just stop it she yelled

Priya's lawyer : objection my lord he is trying to humiliating my client

Priya was started crying she broke down she was feeling so humiliate

Ram was also felt bad..

Ram in mind : What the hell is he doing ?

Ayesha : He is doing his job ram you have understand

Ram's lawyer : My lord i just wanted to prove that miss priya sharma isnt a ideal mother she cant be ever..

Priya : How could you say that i gave birth to her..raised her all these years

Ram's lawyer : But you hid her from her father isnt this true

Priya couldnt say anything..

Ram's lawyer : See my lord she isnt a good parent for peehu..she commited so many mistakes in her life so its my request to you please give peehu's custody to my client

At the end of the hearing

Judge : As i have heard both the sides but i will give my verdict for this case after 10 days from today thats on 20th jan on its final hearing

Shipra Ji : Look at priya neha she is totally broke down i will never forgive ram for this..i cant see my daughter in so much pain

Neha : But unty try to control yourself priya is coming here we need to be strong infront of her..

Just then peehu asked..

Peehu : Neha masi why that man was scolding ma..look she is crying..i am feeling so sad..

Neha : Peehu i will tell you everything but no now...and just dont ask anything to your ma now..you know na she is upset..so please keep quite..

Ram went after his lawyer and finally he stopped him..

Ram : Mr khanna what was that ??

Mr Khanna : What are you talking about ?

Ram : You know verry well i told you to not disclose about our past then why you did that..its such a humiliation for priya you made her embarassed infront of everyone

Mr khanna : Mr kapoor do you want to win this case against her ? yes or no

Ram : Yes but you shouldnt have done this to her

Mr kapoor : Please mr kapoor you appointed me for your case now let me handle this in my way its my responsibility now..excuse me

Then he left

Ayesha : Why are you getting so hyper he was just doing his job you wanted your daughter.

Ram : Please ayesha mein kisi lecture ke mood mein nehi hun abhi..

Then ram left also..

Ayesha in mind : I totally got ram still do care a lot about priya..but then why he agreed to marry me..i only accepted peehu for ram..but if he isnt with me then it will be meaningless..i need to talk to priya about this before its too late
