Chapter 7 : Can We Go For A Date ?

Next day morning when priya was getting ready for her office as she was informed that there is some emergency meeting 

shipra ji came and inform that steve is here to meet her

Shipra Ji : You are going office today ?

Priya : Yes maa its an emergency i will be back in a couple of hours

Then priya went to steve he was playing with peehu there

Priya : Peehu arent you getting late for your music class..anne is already waiting for you outside go fast come on get up

Peehu : But i wanted play with buddy

Priya : You called him buddy again peehu !!!

Peehu gave a funny smile

Steve : I am her buddy please priya but peehu now you should go for your class we will play later okay look at your ma she is getting angry even i am scared now

Peehu : She is always gets angry

Then they started laughing

Peehu : Okay buddy we will play later

Steve : Yes now give me a high five

When peehu was about to leave steve hold her hand

Steve : I think you left something here guess what ?

Then he handed a chocolate

Peehu : Is this for me ?

Steve : Yes just for my little buddy

Then peehu hugged steve and left for her school

Priya : You actually spoiling her dont do this

Steve : Are you serious ? chocolates are made for kids and its about us dont interfare okay

Priya : Really ?? by the way why are here

Steve : Oh so you are asking me ? haan..you told me that you wasnt feeling good so you left the party now tell me what is it priya ?

Priya : Trust me i was not actually feeling good,i hope everything was okay there right how did you managed ??

Steve : I didnt have a choice i had to it because its about you right

Priya : What ??

Then she gave a curious look to steve

Steve : What are you thinking i am lying...everyone was looking for you there but somehow i managed everything

Priya : Thank you so much you saved me actually do you know that ?

Steve : Yeah but i need something in return okay

Priya : Just tell me what do you want ?

Steve : I know you denied so many times but i am requesting you again as today is 31st eve so can we go for a date

Priya : Steve... priya paused for a moment

Steve : You can say no its upto you only

Priya : Okay

Steve : What ?

Priya : We can go

Steve : You are actually saying yes oh my god

Priya : Yeah please overreacting now okay i am getting late

Steve : Come i will drop you

Priya : Steve your office is at opposite direction from mine i will take a cab okay

Steve : Okay as your wish

Then steve left

Shipra ji came to priya

Shipra Ji : Are you serious about him ?

Priya : What do you mean ?

Shipra Ji : I am talking about steve

Priya : We are going for a dinner that it and dont make it a big issue out of it please

Shipra Ji : But priya i feel that steve has some other feelings for you

Priya : Ma please we are just good friends he is my publisher i am getting late i am leaving ok

Shipra Ji : But you cant spend your life all alone forever its high time that you should move on if you dont wanted to get back to ram

Priya : Enough maa why you are dragging ram in all these i dont even wanted hear about him please and i am not ready to move on i have you and peehu and thats enough for me

Shipra Ji : But as a mother i wanted to see you happy akele zindagi nehi kaati jaati priya you have to understand

Priya : I am going bye

Then she left

At evening priya was getting ready for the dinner and peehu was helping her to choose a perfect outfit

Peehu was looking through all her stuffs and suddenly she found a red saree there

Peehu : Yes ma i found something

Priya : What is it dikhao mujhe

Then she showed the saree to priya and priya was a little surprised to see the saree

And she remembered that ram gifted this to her on her birthday once

Priya : I cant wear this peehu please put it back

Peehu : But why ma all your other cloths are really boring only this one i found beautiful

Priya : Peehu please zid matt karo i cant wear this ekbar keh diya na

Priya said this with anger

So peehu was scared and she was about to leave with a sad face

Priya then realised that she hurt her so she hold her and to make her stop

Priya : Bura laga

Peehu nodded her head to yes

Priya : Sorry okay i will wear this now smile

Then peehu smiled a little

After priya got ready peehu looked at her

Peehu : Ma you are looking so pretty just like a film actress

Priya : Accha meri dadi amma samajh gayi mein ..accha now you have to promise me that you will eat your dinner and go to bed early and dont annoy gran ma okay

Peehu : Pinky promise

Then they both smiled
