When Strawberry Meets Cigarette || Seulrene

Chapter 3

Seulgi's pov:

A jolt wake me up from a rumbling thunder and I tryna' reaching my blanket's hem. The clock tickling saying it's three a.m and I gasped out of my bed.

I looked outside and the rain is pouring really hard. Maybe we don't have classes today.

I sighed in disbelief watching the trees getting blown by the wind. The sky is darker than it's usual color.

I open my laptop and switch lights on while a news notification popped out and I clicked it.

"It's too dangerous to go outside nowadays, red rainfall to the whole part of Seoul. Classes from kindergarten to collage have been suspended for today. This is Sunmi, reporting. Back to you Jisoo." the news reporter named Sunmi said.

It's just three in the morning and I'm sure my family is still asleep.

I touched the door knob and closed the door. While walking through the hallways, I try to enter our billiard room.

There's a lot of alcoholic drinks to drink inside this, there's a lot of cigarettes too. What a nice day.

I grab me the wine glass and pour the Bowmore 1957 Scotish whisky into it, using the lighter, I light up my cigarette.

I placed my cigarette in the middle of my pinky and my middle finger at my left hand while my wine was on the side of the table near the billiard.

I grab the billiard stick and keep my own focus into it. As I pushed the stick. The pocket balls of the group numbered 1 through 7 (solid colors), while the other one has 9 thru 15 (stripes).  I tried pocketing my group frist and then legally pocketing the 8-ball.

I stock the cigarette to my mouth and drink the whisky.

The door suddenly opened and I saw my mom with the eyes of disappointment. "S-seulgi." she uttered in disbelief.

I raised my eyebrow and cross my arms. "Get out." I boredly whisper. "I told you to fuckin get the fuck out!"

She slowly shook her head and went out this billiard room. Disappointed.

I'm always a disappointment. A failure.
