𝐁𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐬 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐲 𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡 𝐟𝐥𝐚𝐠. It put you in constant caution. It made you guessing, when will they attack, when will they make their move. I should have known. I should have avoided her.
But I can't.
I couldn't get away from her. I don't have the heart for that. Tears that her parents don't know, I want me to wipe them. I'll act stupid, and she can laugh at me, if that makes her smile, I'll do anything.
I wanted to tell her, everything will be fine. I will take care of you, I will protect you. I want her to do as many things as she wants, without feeling afraid.
Therefore, when I watched her slowly crumble from that broadcast, I quickly decided. That I will always be with her, from this second. She deserves everything good in this world.
"Those bastard-" I gritted my teeth and went to y/n's room. My bag was hanging on my shoulder. I'm ready to leave this fucking hell with her. I'm going to protect her.
I arrived, but I could only see her father packing her stuff. His forehead creased. The thing he did to her before was unforgivable, but he's trying to redeem his sin. He finally noticed my presence and smiled tiredly.
"Oikawa isn't it? Thankyou for taking care of my daughter during our time here," he rummage through the bed, searching more for her stuff.
"Where's y/n?"
"I told her to wait in the lobby, we're gonna pick up her mom, cremate her and we'll get the fuck out of this town." I flinched at his choice of words. But I couldn't blame him, it's been a tiring day for them. With those Karasuno house chasing being their tail.
"Wait, I have something..." I rummaged through my pocket and pulled out a single name card. It's actually my trumph card to getting out of here safe and sound. But I don't care anymore. I handed y/n's father the card and smiled, my hands linger for a second on top of his rough and wrinkled ones.
"If something happen to me, go to this place." y/n's father looked back and forth, from the card then to me. I smiled one last time before exiting her room and ran to catched up to her.
'Ah... This is bad.. I want to be by her side as soon as possible, quickly..'
I hopped on the elevator and closed the door. An inch before it finally shut, a hand went past through. Stopping the door from completely shut, it opened and revealed two hooded person. They entered the elevator and I sighed, so this is it huh?
