Chapter 14- Gone

= Day 6/7

~Overview~

Lily and the rest are now in Cassiopeia's kingdom, still no sign of the nine people. Ginger and the eight people are now in Floor 75, twenty-five more floors then they're free. Fortunately, Ginger is feeling better. Cassiopeia is running out of methods of stopping them, and she knew they're already in her kingdom. One more day then the fate of the two worlds are in their hands.

[3rd PoV]

After Floor 75, everything gets intense. Armies of monsters come to their way. Because of that, they're getting tired. At Floor 80, they rest in a nearby inn. They fix and prepare all of the things needed.

Regarding Ginger and the stab, she's fine, but she musn't push herself. Regarding the rest of the group, they're just wounded, only a little. They still need to move on, though.

With some of Scorpio's special potions, they were able to reach Floor 95, five more and they're done. Monster after monster, they struggled, except Ginger, who is watching the scene.

Suddenly, she was caught by an enormous monster. She screamed, the group noticed it and run after it. She tries to get her gun. Fortunately, she was able to get it. She shoots at the finger of the monster. Its hand loosens the grip, letting Ginger fall. Feliciano caught her successfully.

"Nice catch", She said.

"No problemo!~" He replied cheerfully.

He puts her down slowly. Unexpectedly, the wounds cuts open once again. Ginger grabs her stomach, to ease the pain and bleeding.

"What happened?" He asked.

"The wound opened again." She replied, coughing up blood.

The group turns to her.....

"Okay, what the hell?" Virgo reacted.

"Now, what are we suppose to do?" Riley asked.

"Nah, it's not really that important. I'll be fine." Ginger said.

"No. You need to rest." Scorpio objected.

With a sigh, Ginger goes back to watch the scene. Again. She looks down to her wound. The bleeding stopped, and the pain eased away, but the wound is still open. Suddenly, she collapsed.

[Time Skip]

When she wakes up, the fight is still on. Yes, that's how many the monsters are in Floor 95. However, the group is not there. So, she walks aorund to find them.

From time to time, she shoots some monsters on the way. During her walk, she found a cave, and she checks the inside...

"What the hell, guys." She reacted.

"Ginger! What are you doing here?" Virgo surprisingly asked.

"What? To find you guys. I was worried that you would leave me."

"Are you okay?" Brandon asked.

"Yeah, no bleeding and pain, but the wound is still open, though."

"At least you're okay." Matthew said.

Suddenly, the eight saw something behind Ginger. And that something has a blade with it. They are shocked and started pointing the "thing".

"Where are you guys pointing?" She asked.

"Turn around!!" They whispered.

As she turns around, the monster impaled her at the heart. It does the same thing over and over again. They are horrified from what they have seen. After its session, it disappeared. Ginger fell to the ground. Everyone huddled together. Drops of tears fall to the body. The last thing they saw is her smile.

"No, don't leave......We're almost there to the top.....Just.....don't die..." Brandon whimpered.

There, the body was destroyed like shards of glass, flying away to the sky.
