Hello lgbtq+ community, I've ordered a lesbian enemies to lovers book and its coming in 3 days so I'm really excited. Anyway here is my first one shot lmao

You were laying down on the sofa in the Avengers Compound with Nat by your side scrolling through Netflix to find a film to watch. It was a Saturday and the avengers weren't needed for any missions, so that meant movie night. The rest would arrive later, as they were all busy doing their own things. So that left you, Nat and Tony to set up for everyone.

Tony was in charge of food, so you and Nat had to pick a movie. Nat had her arm draped around you, sitting on the arm of the sofa watching you choose a movie. Once in a while, you looked at her for confirmation of which ones to have as options. Since none of the avengers agreed on the same thing, you had to find out many films to find one that everyone wanted to watch.

After you'd found a few movie options, the rest of the avengers began to fill up the room. You and Nat found a place on an armchair by a small fireplace. As you tried and failed to discreetly lay on her chest, she brought a blanket around you both. It took a while, but everyone had finally agreed on what to watch. You were watching The Breakfast Club, it was one of your suggestions and most people liked it.

Neither of you were really watching the movie, it didn't interest you at the time. All you cared about was each others company, and the way your hands were locked together. You were playing with her fingers for comfort and she was gently stroking your hair.

Half way through the film, you both felt yourselves drifting to sleep. Your legs were tangled together under the blanket and you were both surrounded by pillows. You could faintly hear the other avengers laughing at funny parts of the movie, and the soft sound of the rain hitting the windows before you closed your eyes.

*Time pass*

When you woke up, the lights were off and there were only a few people left in the room. Most of them went to bed after the movie had finished. Some were asleep on the sofa, and some were quietly talking to each other, careful not to wake the others. You checked the time and it was 5:30am, and the only source of light came from the dim lampshades.

Nat was still asleep, her hand still in your hair, and your hands still locked tightly with hers. You only looked up from gazing at her when you heard Steve come back into the room with his record player. He plugged it in and set it down on the table. The sound of calm music from the 1940s filled the room. It was all quiet and peaceful until Sam blurted loudly,  'Y'know you could just get Spotify instead of using that old thing?'

Steve shushed him so he didn't wake anyone up, and motioned for him to continue. He had no idea what Spotify was, but he figured it was something to do with music. You were still tired so you wrapped your arms around Nat and snuggled back into her.

I must say that this sounds like something my year 6 teacher would've wrote, but I am tired so its not gonna be the best. (jk that was just an excuse) If I've spelt anything wrong or used something incorrectly feel free to correct me!
