My Lovely Neighbor - PJM

~Knock Knock~ (TWICE!)

You frowned as you got up and opened the door.
- J-Jimin ? You stuttered as you saw your nighbor crush in font of your door.
- Hey Y/N ! I invited some friends to spend the night in my apartment and I thought about inviting you too. Do you want to ?
- Y-your friends ? You blinked a little, scared at the idea of meeting them.
- Don't worry ! Their girlfriends will be there too and they are very nice. So ... ?
- I-I have few t-things to do b-before that ...
- It's okay~ Take your time. If you don't want to, don't feel pressured to come, ok ?
You slowly nodded and he offered you a cute smile, waving at you as a goodbye.
You closed the door and widely smiled, your cheeks taking a red color.
You met Park Jimin the first day you moved in the building, as the landlord thought that it would be better for you to get help from someone your age, and not feel lonely as the other residents were old people.
You were reluctant at first but your heart melted as soon as you saw the most adorable eye-smile you could've ever saw.
He was very nice and sweet, and made sure to not hurt you as he saw how shy you were. Add to that all the times he bought extra candies and snacks for you and took you to different places and restaurants ... you just couldn't help but fall in love with the angel that he was.
You loved spending time with him and was very excited about him inviting you to his small gathering with his friends, but your shyness was blocking you from going there.
- If he invited me then that means that he sees me as a friend, so it won't be a problem if I go, right ? But ... What if they don't like me ? Or think that I am too weird and shy ? What if he just said it to be polite?
Negative thoughts were all over your mind but you tried yo ignore them. His friends can't be that bad, can they ? Also, if you don't make a move, how can you get closer to him and have the certainty of his feeling being the same as yours ?

You looked to yourself again in the mirror, your stress reaching its peak as time passed. You wore a casual outfit and put an effort in styling your hair and doing your make-up.
- Here goes nothing ... You sighed then got out of your apartment, heading to Jimin's.
The door opened, revealing a tall and pretty girl who looked so charming to you.
- H-hi I am Y/N and- She cut you off by screaming and pulling you inside. She then happily took you to the living room where everybody else was.
- Oh Y/N ? You're finally here ! Jimin got closer to you and softly smiled at you. You shyly smiled back and looked down as the other's eyes were on you both. He softly chuckled at your cuteness then turned to his friends.
- Y/N, those are Jaekyung, Taeho and his girl Bora, then Jungseok and Jinju, his girlfriend who also opened the door to you. Guys, this is Y/N, my lovely neighbor.
You widened your eyes while he sheepisly smiled at you. You looked away as you felt his friend's teasing stares on you both.
You shyly sat next to one of the girls, Bora, and she sweetly smiled at you. Jimin came and sat next to you, giving you a bag of chips.
- Your favorite~ He chanted as you excitedly opened the bag and happily ate the snack.
He chuckled then patted your head, making you cutely pout. You both talked for a while while eating together. His sense of humor wasn't the best but you fell for his pretty face and adorable smile.
- So Y/N, do you have someone in your life ? Jinju asked and you blinked a little still not getting over how pretty she is.
- W-what ? Ah n-not really ... You nervously scratched the back of your head.
- You are so cute and adorable~ She cooed and covered your cheeks with her hands. You shyly looked down and she quickly took them off.
- I am sorry I didn't mean to scare you I-
- No no no It's not that ! You're just ... very p-pretty a-and ... I mean-
You hid yourself with your hands as they all chuckled at your adorable shyness.
- You are really the cutest, aren't you ? She softly played with your hair and you shyly smiled at her, scrunching your nose. Time passed by and you got more comfortable with everyone, especially Jinju as she fell in love with you and got protective over you.
Then they decided to go home after making sure that they got your number.
- Goodbye cutie~ We should hang out this week-end, okay ? She said before leaving and you excitedly nodded, like a puppy.
They all left, leaving you alone with Jimin.
- You really like her, don't you ? He asked.
- She is so nice and sweet ! And pretty too !
He chuckled and bent down to you, softly kissing your cheek.
- Guess what ? To me, you are the sweetest, prettiest and nicest. So how about going on a date with me ? My lovely neighbor ...
