Y/n's pov:
I keep waking up with the same nightmare. Every month. On that one night a month a have a vision of me dead in a coffin and a blonde man crying over my body. He cries for several minutes and then he bites me. A minute later I sit up alive. I turn to the man but then I spot a human. I run to the human and bite her neck. When I pull away from her neck I see it was myself. I scream and back away. I back straight into the man and I turn around. He has bright red eyes. Jasper. His hair long a messy. He looks at me and smirks evilly. He grabs my head and rips it off. Then that's usually when I wake up screaming and find Jasper next to me holding me close. The same thing happened just a few minutes ago. I'm now awake and leaning against Jasper. "Darlin why are you so scared? What happened?" He asks. I shake my head. "Nothing... I'm fine just a nightmare. Kinda spooked me that's all" I tell him. The next day he keeps a watchful eye on me. I flinch whenever he touches me and he frowns. Rosalie has been trying to get me to talk but I refuse. I love Rosalie so much and she is the best friend I could ever ask for. She just wants me to be happy. Me and Rose are sat in the living room when Edward, Bella and Nessie come in. Edward looks at me. Shit. Don't you dare. He frowns as he reads my thoughts. Ugh! I didn't put a barrier up! "And why would you need to do that? What are you hiding? Oh I see." Edward says and goes silent. Bella comes up to me. "Wanna talk? I'll put my shield up?" She asks. I nod. We get up and me, Rose and Bella go into another room. Bella closes her eyes and puts her shield up. "No one can hear us right?" I ask. Bella shakes her head. I sigh in relief. Then my eyes fill with tears. I break down sobbing and Rose catches me. I lean into her and she hugs me. "Y/n? What's wrong?" She asks softly. "The same dream. Every month. One night a month. I'm laid dead in a coffin." I say and they all gasp. "I'm laid dead and there is a man leaning over me sobbing. Then he bites me. I sit up awake confused. Then I spot a human, speed over to them and bite them. When I pull away I see it's me. I scream and back away. That's when I bump into the man. I turn around and see that it's Jasper. His eyes are bright red and he smirks at me evilly then..." I trail off. Rose places a hand on my knee. "Then what y/n?" She asks. "He rips my head off..." I sob. Rose pulls me into a hug and I cry on her. I hear a knock on the door. "It's just Alice can she come in?" Bella asks and I nod. Alice walks into the bubble and sits with us. "I know what's causing this dream y/n. Your feeling Jasper's trauma. It's reflecting on you. From when he was first turned he has always felt alone. When he met you that loneliness dimmed. It's your bond. Your soulmate bond. You feel each other's emotions. Jasper more than you since he is an empath. You just have to re assure him that all is alright. He will do the same for you" Alice tells me. I nod and wipe my tears. I get up and go to leave but I get knocked back by a force. I playfully glare at Bella she laughs. She lets down the barrier and I slowly reach for the handle. I touch it and nothing happens. I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding and the girls giggle. I walk out and walk to the front room. I see Jasper isn't there. "He's in his room y/n" Edward tells me. "Thanks Eddie" I say. I walk over to the stairs. I go upstairs and walk over to Jasper's door. I gently knock. I hear a groan. I chuckle and gently open the door. I peek my head in and see Jasper laid on his bed shirtless face down. I walk in the room and close the door after me. Then I walk over to the bed and sit down. He slowly moves his head and peeks an eye through his hair. I chuckle and he turns his head back. I place my hand on his back and stroke circles on it. He sighs. "I'm sorry" I whisper. He turns his head to the side so I can see his face. "What did I do?" He asks. "Oh no Jasper it's nothing you did. I just..." i say. He sits up and I see his bare chest. I trace my hand over his chest and outline his abs. "I just keep having the same dream every month. I'm laid dead and there is a man leaning over me sobbing. Then he bites me. I sit up awake confused. Then I spot a human, speed over to them and bite them. When I pull away I see it's me. I scream and back away. That's when I bump into the man. I turn around and see that it's you. Your eyes are bright red and you smirk at me evilly then..." I cry. "Then what? What do I do?" He asks with strain in his voice as he chocks on his tears. "You rip my head off" I tell him. He gasps. Tears fall down his face. I grab his face and wipe them away. "It's alright though. Alice told my why this is happening to me. It's your trauma reflecting on me. It's something from your past that you have been keeping hidden. I just wanna tell you that you don't need to worry about anything. You can talk to me. Be open with me. I promise I won't judge you. Besides your my soulmate, quite literally, and I don't want you to feel pain." I tell him. "All I saw was blood and red eyes. Innocent people being changed into monsters. SHE did that to them. I did that to them. I was forced to kill people when my job was to protect them. I've never said her name to anyone because she scares me." He tells me crying. He just collapses onto me and sobs. "Jasper? Can you tell me her name?" I ask him softly. "Her names was Maria. She was cruel. I was cruel. I am evil!" He exclaims as I hold him. "No your not. I'm proud of you for sharing your story. Just don't hide anything from me okay Babi?" I gently ask. He nods. I gently rock us but then all of a sudden me and Jasper are switched places and he is holding me to his chest. I chuckle and cuddle into his cool chest. From then on there was no more nightmares. We were perfect.
