The noise signaling That the two of them were now in VC had been noticed bye stream.
"Hey Dream!"
"Hey George!"
Dream could here George smiling through the screen. Why was he so happy?
The two of them began chatting and talking about past story's. Chat was having a ball, especially with the occasional 'platonic' flirting.
"Yes!"
Dream slammed his desk watching as the dragon rose up. Dream hadn't beaten any of his pat record but he was still thrilled to slay the dragon. No matter how much he did it, it still brought him joy.
After a few more attempts Dream had finally decided to end stream.
With a quick goodbye and a click of a button. He was offline.
"Looks like you didn't have the best luck."
George commented.
Dream snickered.
"It appears not."
Dream heard George back in his chair, the audio sounded farther away.
"I can't believe you misplaced the scaffolding!"
Dream heard George start laughing. Not mocking, happy, blissful laughing.
Despite the stream ending the two of them kept talking, and talking.
Nether of them realized how long it had been.
Hours had passed bye. The two of them were both drowsy on a call waiting for the other to fall asleep.
It was almost midnight.
"Dream!"
George dragged his name into a long slurred manner.
"What?"
Dream did the same with his response.
"Go to bed!"
Dream gave a sleep giggle.
"Nah."
"Please I'm tired!"
"Then why don't you go to bed George?"
Dream heard George grumble through his microphone.
"Cause I would feel bad."
Dream gave another giggle.
"Alright alright, I'll go to bed first, but you have to say good night."
"What, no!"
George sounded like a whiny child.
"Come on George I need a good night."
"No."
"Why not?"
"Because, I don't wanna."
Dream leaned his face close to the microphone and whispered.
"Please?"
Dream heard George's breath leave his body, he cleared his throat for a moment.
"Goodnight..."
Dream smiled.
"Goodnight gogy!"
"Drea-"
Dream left the call giggling to himself.
He removed his headphones and went to lay back on his bed.
Bliss swallowed his body in random joy.
But it soon left as his mind wandered into a dreamy sleep.
One with a very vivid dream.
