🧡Noi x Reader ~Her Smile~🧡

Backstory: Ava and you have always been really close almost as if you were her big sister. You had moved away to pursue (Insert dream job here) but it didn't really work out, so you took up Ava's offer to move in with her. You were heartbroken but at least you had someplace to stay till you found another stable job. You worked for a high-class restaurant about 20 minutes away and would always come home tired. The boss had put you in charge of the building because that current manager was always late and you were the most qualified because of your experience. You questioned why the company never fired them but you understood that the show must go on either way. The weekends were the only times you ever really got to hang out with the deamos as much as you loved having them around. Especially Noi, he was your knight in shiny armor not to mention super cute. He was always kind and understanding when you were tired and always made sure you were okay. Today was no different. 

      It was another long day at work, your feet hurt and you had a huge headache listening to the complaining customers and stressed-out chefs. It was about 11 pm and was the end of your shift. You were a bit hazy and tired after the day of hard work. You packed everything up and drove home.

~Time skip~

You're pov:

I slowly opened the door and quietly walked into your apartment. Usually, everyone was asleep by now so you tiptoed quickly to your room. I set my bag down and closed the door.  

"Hi, Y/n! I was wondering when you would get back home! I was getting a little worried." I jumped as a sudden voice was heard behind me.

"Ah!" I turn around to see Noi on my bed wrapped in one of my blankets. 

"Oh, it's just you Noi... " I sighed in relief. That boy almost gave me a heart attack!

"I'm so sorry for scaring you Y/n! I just couldn't wait to see you today! I missed you and I wanted to say hi, so I waited till you came back." He responds with a bright smile on his face. I couldn't help but blush and smile back. His smile was contagious and caused butterflies to swarm in my stomach. It always warmed my heart to see how much he cared. 

"Aw Noi you're sweet but you didn't have to do that." I walked closer to my bed and sat next to Noi while kicking off my shoes, a smile still remaining on my face. 

"Y'know Y/n, you should smile more! I don't see it very often anymore and it's so amazing! Keep smiling, for me." I couldn't help but blush at his comment. I have had feelings for him for a while but I never found the words to express how I feel. 

"You can go get changed into something more comfortable and then we can talk. Wouldn't want you to feel uncomfortable in your own room! Then you can sit right next to me!" He says with another sweet smile and pats the bed safe next to him, signaling where I would sit. I grabbed a comfy pair of pajamas in my favorite color and walked into the bathroom to change.

Noi pov:

I hope y/n is alright. She has looked pretty tired and stressed lately. I hope I can help with making her feel less stressed! I really want to see her smile again, it brings me so much joy to hear her laugh as well. Everything about her is just is so genuine and my reward is seeing her happy. 

"Oh wow uh hello y/n!" I said nervously. She looked really cute in her pajamas. I feel like my heart is pounding out of my chest. I suddenly feel really nervous. What do I do!? 

"Noi? Are you alright?" Y/n asked. "Y-yes! U-uhh perfectly f-fine!" I answered with a stutter, she just looked so delicate and cozy in her pajamas. They looked so soft and silky, maybe even warm. I'm pretty sure my face is bright red! Oh no, I'm trying to make her feel better and here I am getting all nervous.

You're pov: 

Noi was bright red. I knew these pajamas were too short! "Sorry Noi I didn't mean to make you feel nervous. I can go change if you want!" I asked embarrassed. 

"No y/n! It's perfectly fine as long as your comfortable." He said with a nervous smile but he continued, "Please, take a seat." He states patting the space next to him once again. "So how was your day y/n? I hope it was as wonderful as you are!" He says cheerfully. I continue to blush as a prepare my answer and sat down next to him.

"To be honest, not great. Complaining customers, busy kitchen, major responsibility, just another day at work. Not to mention a ton of yelling, my ears are still ringing." I responded tiredly.

"I'm sorry to hear that y/n. But I think I have something to make you feel better!" Noi said in an excited tone, reaching behind him and grabbing a box. He gently handed me the box eyes wide in anticipation as I began to open it. It was a beautiful necklace with (Insert favorite stone/gem here). 

"I got you that necklace you wanted! I remember the sparkle in your eyes when you saw it in that store window a couple of weeks ago and I just had to see that again."

It was true I loved that necklace. Me and Noi went shopping for groceries and we were walking down the road and I saw it in one of the store windows. I was ecstatic but it was way too expensive. 

"Thank you, Noi! I love it! It's so beautiful and shiny  I remember why I liked it so much." I gave Noi a big hug another huge smile on my face. Noi pulled me closer nuzzling my face into his chest as he rests his chin on my head. 

"I-i'm really glad y-you liked it y/n, it reminded me of your eyes. How t-they sparkle and s-shine so brightly. " My face heated up when I heard his words. Noi always made me feel better but something felt different this time. Like there were so many words he wanted to say but couldn't, I know that feeling too well. It's a weird thing to say, I'm in love with a deamos. A being from another world with a goal of taking over this one. I looked up at Noi's bright red face. I definitely wasn't the only one who was flustered. Our eyes met.

"Y/n c-can I k-kiss you?" Noi mumbled. I was stunned I didn't know what to say. He took my silence as a no and covered his face with his hands in embarrassment. 

"Sorry y/n! that was rude of me to ask I just-" He was cut off by my lips on his. It wasn't a long lustful kiss, it was short and sweet, but still, passionate. Somehow Noi had turned my sucky day into one I will never forget.
