Fast. Faster than lightning. That's how fast (Y/N) was running through the woods once her father told her to leave the retched place she once called home. The last things she remembered her father say was, "I love you." Before she was no longer in his sight. He knew that he would get punished for letting the small demon run, but he didn't want his precious little demon to get hurt.
She ran and ran. After a while she got tired and paused to take a break, but then she caught notice of a man with long black hair and a purple mask like skin colour on his face. She slowly walk towards the man, "This is a stupid Idea.." She thinks to herself with a small sigh as she keeps walking till she gets closer.
Kagaya's POV
I was telling the hashira's that there will be a new mission that will take a lot more people than before, as it was a mission to go and kill the upper ranked demon named, Madya (A/N: I just made this person up since I have never watched demon slayer). In the end I chose, Sanemi, Shinobu, and Giyuu to go and fight the demon. I dismissed the others, but then I sensed that a demon was near. "Come out, demon." I say in a deep voice.
3rd Pov
(Y/N) slowly walked out of the shadows shaking nervously. "What you your name." Kagaya asks looking her in the eye, somewhat intimidatingly. "My name is Kokoshibo (Y/N), and I'm 14 years old." The girl says locking eyes with the older man. He looks a somewhat surprised, "What are you doing here. Aren't you the daughter of the 1st upper moon demon, Kokoshibo?" He asks.
"I am, sir, but my father told me to escape the mansion and run as far away as I could which seemingly led me here." She says looking down with a few tears in her eyes. The man felt bad for her so he made up his mind that he wouldn't kill her, "If you want you could live here with me. On the condition that you don't eat humans unless they are foul creatures, and you must learn the ways of a hashira. Deal?" He asks looking at her with his hand out.
