I fell in love
With a beautiful boy
I always put him above
He fills me with joy.
He always makes me smile
When I'm with him I am truly happy
Changed my lifestyle
It's all so sappy.
I love your car
I love the songs you play
We don't drive far
I wish we did it everyday.
But then you fell in love
Just not with me
She's like your dove
She fills you with glee.
I'm glad you are content
But I still ache
All the time we spent
Was it just a mistake?
She's so pretty
She's just perfect
I don't want pity
She has my respect.
But please don't hurt him
He's so brittle
I know it's grim
Just like when we were little.
