Chapter 9: Back Home

((Y/N Pov)

I walked to Mitsuri- chan's estate. She was waiting for me infront of the door. 

"Come on!" Mitsuri- chan called to me.

I ran to her. "So what do you need me for?" I asked.

"Well, my crow told me that Oyakata- sama let you come with us to you hometown, so I have everything planned." She informed me. "So we leave in three days, Chisaki- chan has said that we can stay at her place, which is so nice of her!"

"Wait." I stopped Mitsuri- chan. "Who is coming?"

"Well all the Hashira's except Rengoku- san, Himejima- san and Shinazugawa- san." She said. "Rengoku- san has a mission (Mugen Train), and Shinazugawa- san refused to come. Himejima- san said that it may be a bit awkward if he came because he doesn't know you that well." 

"Oh wow, that's lot's of people." I said in shock.

"Yeah." Mitsuri- chan agreed.

(Time skip, (Y/N)'s estate)

((Y/N) Pov)

I took my haori off and fell backwards onto my futon in my uniform.

I'll get to see Chisaki and Aunt Yui soon, but why am I so nervous? Is is because Muichiro- kun is coming?

Sighing, I got ready for bed.

(Time skip, three days, (Y/N)' village.)

((Y/N Pov)

"(Y/N)!!!!" I heard someone screaming and Chisaki jumped onto me. The momentum she had built caused us to fall on the ground.

"Ouch. Hey Chisaki." I laughed and greeted her.

"(N/N) are you okay?" Muichiro- kun asked as Chisaki helped me up.

"I'm okay. Thanks for asking." I thanked him.

"Hey! Your the one who came here with (Y/N) that time!" Chisaki pointed to him. "And Shinobu- chan, good to see you." She said and hugged Kocho- san.

"Hello Chisaki- chan." Kocho- san greeted her back. "I'll introduce everyone. This is Kanroji Mitsuri, Tomioka Giyu, Uzui Tengen, Iguro Obanai and Himejima Gyomei." Kocho- san pointed to everyone. "Everyone, this is Sato Chisaki."

"Nice to meet you Chisaki- chan!" Mitsuri- chan waved to her. "(Y/N)- chan has told me a lot about you."

"Nice to meet you to, uh, um" Chisaki stammered, trying to remember her name. "Kanroji- san." She said.

Everyone talked for a while before heading to Chisaki's house. As we entered, someone was there. It was Miuna, Chisaki's older sister.

"Oi Chisaki. Who are these people?" Miuna asked rudely.

"They are the Hashiras, and (Y/N). You remember her right?" Chisaki told her sister.

"Hah the coward that ran off after her family got killed? Yeah I do." Miuna said nastily.

I felt tears spring into my eyes. I was furious that she had said that. Miuna had hated me forever, but that was extreme, even for her.

"Hey bitch. I don't know what your deal is, but knock it off." Muichiro- kun said angrily, and stepped infront of me, and looked Miuna in the eyes.

"Hey cutie ." Miuna started flirting with Muichiro- kun, which pissed me off so much.

What happens if Muichiro- kun starts to like Miuna? They are the same age, so that's understandable, plus, she is so pretty.

"Cut it out." Muichiro- kun told her fiercely. "I already like someone better than you." He walked away from her as everyone stared at him.

(Time skip)

(Muichiro Pov)

"I'm so sorry about my sister's behavior Tokito- san ." Chisaki apologised to me again, as I walked past her.

"Seriously, don't worry about it." I said, but didn't mean it. I wanted to beat Miuna up so bad.

"So, um." Chisaki started. "If she bothers you again, let me know."

"Sure." I said.

I walked away but was quickly stopped my Iguro- san and Kanroji.

"So Muichiro- kun." Mitsuri said gleefully. "Who do you like?"

"I'm not saying." I said quietly.

 "Just tell her Tokito." Iguro- san told me.

"What!? He knows!?" Kanroji squealed in shock.

"Yeah, but if Iguro- san tells someone, I'll tell everyone who he likes." I said simply.

You like someone!?" Kanroji said surprised.

"Yeah..." Iguro- san said and his ears turned red.

I started to walk away, but Kanroji stopped me.

"Can I guess who you like?" She asked.

"Fine"

"Yay!!" She clapped her hands together. "I think it's (Y/N)- chan."

I felt my face heating up.

"I knew it!" She jumped up in triumph.

"Fine, you guessed correct, but don't tell her." I told her.

"Why>" Kanroji asked.

"She probably doesn't feel the same way okay." I said and let the sadness in my voice show. 

I walked away, but shouted at the last moment, "By the way Kanroji, Iguro- san likes you!"
