6.

When asked what is his favorite season, it's autumn, for sure, he lived somewhere uphill and autumn is when the forest looks magical. But if they asked about the love of his life, he'd answer with the other name of season, it's Winter. He's been crushing the high school girl he met in the city, in front of  his working place, keeping eyes on her everytime he got a chance, and soon he found out her name.

Winter.

The pretty petite girl doesn't have to know that there's someone drawn to her from afar because he is happy enough to see the bright girl from where he stand.

"Mark!" he turned to see who's coming.

"Hey, Ten..." his neighbour slash his only friend is coming with a rifle in his hand, "you're going hunting again?"

The small guy with a nice innocent face nodded, his face might innocent but he's the best shooter Mark knew, or maybe because he knew no one else in this village.

"You coming with me?"

Mark smiles, he likes hunting, he likes the silent, the slightest noise allowed to produce, the feeling of being predator. Mark appreciate nature and all in it, but sometimes he only want one rabbit for stew, or a small deer for barbecue. One bullet, take the aim, shot, and that's it.

"I'll take my jacket."

Each steps leave the sound of crips leaves, both Mark and Ten looking for a place where they can sit and wait for their dinner to pass. Minutes passing, Mark told Ten he wanted to smoke a cigarette and Ten nodded.

He went away from the place they sat, no deer nor rabbit would come closer if they smell smokes, Mark went a little too far, he went uphill where he could see the road, road that divided the village where he lives and the area where Winter live—Mark knew, he knew from the bus she always took, knew from that one day they accidentally met inside the bus. Of course Winter didn't realized but Mark did.

Mark decided to cross the shallow fence and walking towards the other area, the nicer one. People who live there has a better economical state compared to the one live by the hill areas or Mark's side of village. Mark himself doesn't go to school, he simply don't have time and the money, but he's coming to the city often to work and there is where he saw Winter. Unknowingly he smiles, showing the line made by his high cheekbone.

On his second inhales Mark heard car's coming, but from it sounds, he knew something's wrong. Then he heard tires screeching in high pitch, it breaks the silence of the lovely evening, then Mark saw a car sliding oddly along the road. Next are loud noises, mangling metals, and a black sedan rolling in front of his eyes.

Seeing car crashes is no preparation for anyone. He gasped and throwing his buds, make sure he step on it so he wouldn't make any fire in the woods.

"Ten..." he murmured,

"Teeeennn..." he raised his voice.

"TEEEEENNN...!!" but maybe ten is not near enough to heard him.

Mark trying to think, his feet stuck, he wanted to go near the car but he's afraid. Then he saw a man crawled out the car and air gone from his lungs. Mark slapped himself first before found his senses and run towards the burning car.

His steps is getting slower when he saw victim.

With the last strength, the guy who sprawl by the grass lift his gaze to meet Mark's eyes, Mark could only stunned by his beauty. This was the first time Mark saw someone with bright hair color, it's something silvery, but strangely suits him like he the only one own the color in this whole world. Despite of the fresh cuts in his handsome face, this guy has the definite charm that got Mark enchanted when he mouthed, "help."
